Induction of the 5 selected peers on the information to share with groups of learners - P2P facilitation plan and methodology (2 pagers ) - Facilitation of learning at 3 different sites (Kirehe, Ngoma and Nyaruguru) - An activity report: The consultant will present a report (in English) covering the three P2P learning sessions and outcomes of the event, highlighting the main challenges identified in the discussions as well as good practices/coping mechanism and propose follow up mechanisms.
EXPECTED DELIVERABLES. An inception report, one week after start of the mission. This report must indicate the methodological approach, and the agenda gof the mission; - A provisional report, after the end of data collection. The content of this report must be in line with the outputs/outcomes indicated above; - A final report which takes into account the observations made by CORAF and the ProPAD Coordination Unit on the provisional report.

EXPECTED DELIVERABLES. The successful consultant / company under the direct coordination of communications specialist will be responsible for delivering the following products: ▪ High quality still photos for use in website, social media and publications; ▪ Good quality videos (with subtitles and sign language when needed) highlighting program activities and including interviews for website and social media use; ▪ Animated awareness videos related to program activities for use in website and social media; ▪ Information, education and communication (IEC) material designs (including leaflets, flyers, brochures, posters); ▪ Visibility material (including roll-up, newsletter, sign-board, horizontal banner); ▪ Visuals for social media platforms including static and animated infographics. Duration February 2022 – April 2023 (renewable based on performance and availability of funds) The selected consultant / company is expected to have regular coordination meetings with the Communications Specialist and relevant program staff. EXPECTED DELIVERABLES. UNICEF Jordan currently operates three short codes on behalf of institutions of the Government of Jordan (91020, 91021 and 91050). These codes are already reserved and available to operate on all MNOs legally registered over the Telecom Regulatory Commission in Jordan. These short codes can be connected through RapidPro over a SMPP connections. The company shall provide SMPP (Short Message Peer to Peer Protocol) and/or HTTPS‐API with XML support to UNICEF from multiple applications and short codes. ▪ SMS messages should be sent and received in the 7‐bit GSM 03.381 o SMS: using this encoding, it is possible to send up to 160 characters in one SMS message, or 153 characters in concatenated SMS messages. o USSD: using this encoding, it is possible to send up to 182 characters (packed in up to 160 octets) in one USSD message of Unstructured Supplementary Service Data. ▪ The API should support encryption‐decryption for the entire API parameters if needed. ▪ Interactive voice response (IVR) supports DTMF tones via keypad, and standard error encoding for busy, missed and unanswered calls.
