Engagement with Stakeholders. This is also likely to result in positive effect on the Academic Reputation, Employer Reputation and Attractiveness for Faculty and Students. We are aware that we need to do lot more to engage with industry, Government and society to refine the questions we need to focus more on as well as to collaborate in a multi-way exchange of knowledge. We intend to deepen our engagement with stakeholders in multiple ways: Industry • Efforts have been made by the University in the past towards forging University-Industry interaction. In fact, the University of Delhi has such a Cell. There are many examples of the collaboration between the University of Delhi and Industry. Some of the examples are as follows: o Xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx is conceived to emphasize on Development of Product and IP creation in the ESDM sector. This incubation centre has incubated 6 early stage startups, with a few more in the process of on-boarding. o Department of Physics (High Energy Group) with Bharat Electronics Ltd., Bangalore for fabrication of silicon detectors and with Micropack Ltd., Bangalore for fabrication of foils for detectors. o Department of Physics (Material Science Group) was involved in technology transfer of the prototype Surface Plasmon Resonance Measurement System with Optiregion, Delhi. • We intend to further strengthen an Office dedicated to technology transfer, trademark licensing, sponsored research, and industry partnerships. The University will hire a technology-licensing manager for identifying and working with companies that will rapidly and effectively develop university produced technology into useful products available to the public. o Start-Up Opportunities: This Office will also work with entrepreneurs interested in starting up companies based on University-licensed technology. o Industry Research Sponsorship: grants or contracts from industry which fund research at the University representing a commitment by both sides to collaborate in investigating an area of mutual scientific interest. This will provide exciting opportunities to faculty and students as also open up new sources of financing. o University Corporate Affiliates Programmes: The University will set up a University Corporate Affiliates Programme to encourage mutually beneficial interactions between the University and its industry counterparts. Schools and Departments/Centres will be encouraged to implement programmes to invite corporations to establish close working relationships. These programmes...
Engagement with Stakeholders. The project team includes a ‘Community and Engagement Manager’, and all engagement is being undertaken with reference to the Scottish Government’s ‘Planning with People the Community Engagement and Participation Guidance’. A Community and Engagement Strategy has been drafted which sets out the approach for communication and engagement throughout the development of the IA. NHS Highland have formed a Stakeholder Group for the Lochaber Health and Social Care Redesign, which is made up of representatives from local groups, organisations and health and social care staff. This Stakeholder Group meet on a monthly basis to ensure local feedback and input is considered in the development of the proposed service change solution and investment. In addition to the Stakeholder Group, NHS Highland are liaising with community stakeholder groups in the Lochaber region through: • Regular newsletters available by email and other formats • Monthly Short update videos, from the project team • Documents and meeting notes available on the NHS Highland website • Articles in the local newspaper, at important stages in the design process During the development of the Initial Agreement, in June/July 2021 NHS Highland undertook surveys from patients and members of staff currently using services, to collate and consider their experiences of using services in Lochaber. The output from these surveys will help the project team to understand how services are working now, to better understand patient and staff views on which areas are working well and where things could be better. The feedback will help people working on developing plans, to understand the challenges, as well as what will be needed for the new building and will be used alongside other information collected, to inform plans for the new hospital. This stakeholder engagement includes groups which include young people, people affected by mental health, disabled people and people who live in supported accommodation, people who have migrated here from another country, and homeless people. Engagement with Stakeholders. It was key to have the support of key stakeholders from health and social care staff and also leaders from the local community to define the change required and create the vision for change. Stakeholders supported this through their participation in the Option Appraisal Exercises, Achieving Excellence Design Evaluation Toolkit AEDET and Design Statement workshops. This will ensure that the vision is shared, is communicated to all who will be impacted by the change and the support from those who have an emotional commitment to the services provided in their community. Further detailed information on the engagement and involvement with stakeholders completed to date, and proposed throughout the programme is included at section 7.
Engagement with Stakeholders. Development of this IA is the result of a significant stakeholder involvement process undertaken over nine months during 2017. The engagement process involved clinicians, other staff, patient groups, patient representatives and the Scottish Health Council (SHC). Engagement with Stakeholders. The Designated Body will carry out its lead commissioning role in collaboration with the local authority, the CCG and other partners through the joint commissioning arrangements.   • AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT A. Contractor may change Project Manager but the Energy Commission reserves the right to approve any substitution of the Project Manager.

  • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification.   • Providers Services performed by a provider who has been excluded or debarred from participation in federal programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid.   • Volunteer Agreement I understand that my services are donated to Mayo Clinic Health System without promise, expectation, or receipt of compensation or future employment. I also understand that volunteering should not be viewed as a means of obtaining permanent employment at Mayo Clinic Health System.   • NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSES Definitions

  • Engagement The Company hereby engages the Consultant, and the Consultant accepts engagement by the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

  • INDIVIDUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT This contract shall include an Individual Services Agreement (ISA) developed for each LEA pupil to whom CONTRACTOR is to provide special education and/or related services. An ISA shall only be issued for LEA pupils enrolled with the approval of the LEA pursuant to Education Code section 56366 (a)(2)(A). ISAs are void upon termination or expiration of the Master Contract. In the event that this Master Contract expires or terminates, CONTRACTOR and the LEA shall continue to be bound to all of the terms and conditions of the most recent executed ISAs between CONTRACTOR and LEA for so long as CONTRACTOR is servicing authorized LEA pupils, until such time as a new Master Contract is executed. Any and all changes to a LEA pupil’s educational placement/program provided under this Master Contract and/or an ISA shall be made solely on the basis of a revision to the LEA pupil’s IEP/IFSP. At any time during the term of this Master Contract, a LEA pupil’s parent, CONTRACTOR, or XXX may request a review of a LEA pupil’s IEP/IFSP subject to all procedural safeguards required by law, including notice to and participation by the CONTRACTOR in the IEP Team meeting. Unless otherwise provided in this Master Contract, the CONTRACTOR shall provide all services specified in the IEP/IFSP unless the CONTRACTOR and the LEA agree otherwise in the ISA. (California Education Code sections 56366(a) (5) and 3062(e)). In the event the CONTRACTOR is unable to provide a specific service at any time during the term of the ISA, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the LEA in writing within five (5) business days of the last date a service was provided. If a parent or XXX contests the termination of an ISA by initiating a due process proceeding with the California Office of Administrative Hearings (hereinafter referred to as “OAH”), CONTRACTOR shall abide by the “stay- put” requirement of state and federal law unless the parent agrees otherwise or an interim alternative educational placement is deemed lawful and appropriate by LEA or OAH. Disagreements between XXX and CONTRACTOR concerning the formulation of an ISA or the Master Contract may be appealed to the local SELPA office prior to appeal to the State Superintendent of Public Instruction pursuant to the provisions of California Education Code section 56366 (C) (2).

  • IRO Engagement 1. CHSI shall engage an IRO that possesses the qualifications set forth in Paragraph B, below, to perform the responsibilities in Paragraph C, below. The IRO shall conduct the review in a professionally independent and objective fashion, as set forth in Paragraph D. Within 30 days after OIG receives the information identified in Section V.A.12 of the CIA or any additional information submitted by CHSI in response to a request by OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify CHSI if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, CHSI may continue to engage the IRO.

  • Coordination The Parties shall confer regularly to coordinate the planning, scheduling and performance of preventive and corrective maintenance on the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Facilities.
