Failure to Complete Training. If Grantee fails to complete the training and submit the required invoices for reimbursement within sixty (60) days of the Grant Expiration Date, a written notice will be issued by Grantor. If this default remains uncured for thirty days, the Grant Funds encumbered under this Agreement will automatically be released, the award of the Grant Funds shall cease and Grantor shall have no further obligation to disburse the Grant Funds.

Failure to Complete Training. If you or your initial store manager fails to complete all phases of the initial training program to our satisfaction, we will have the right to terminate this Agreement effective upon delivery of notice of termination to you. If we terminate the Agreement as permitted by this provision, we will refund to you the initial franchise fee less all reasonable expenses incurred by us in connection with (i) the preparation of this Agreement and all related agreements, (ii) the grant of the Franchise, (iii) approval of the Premises, (iv) selection of the Premises, and (v) any other services performed by us in connection with the establishment and development of your Store. However, in no event will the refund exceed 50% of the initial franchise fee. The refund will be delivered to you upon execution of all releases, waivers and other agreements necessary to terminate the relationship between you and us.
Failure to Complete Training. Failure to complete training requirements satisfactorily or breach of the rules and policies of the HOSPITAL and Residency Program may subject RESIDENT to non-promotion, probation, suspension, dismissal or termination from the training program as deemed necessary and proper by the Residency Program and as outlined in the Residency Policies and Procedures and/or the SSM Health Care of Oklahoma policies and procedures. If the Residency Program decides not to renew the Agreement with the RESIDENT, the Residency Program will provide the RESIDENT with a written notice of intent not to renew the RESIDENT’s Agreement no later than four months prior to the end of the RESIDENT’s current Agreement. However, if the primary reason(s) for the non-renewal occurs within the four months prior to the end of the Agreement, the Residency Program will provide the RESIDENT with as much written notice of the intent not to renew as the circumstances will reasonably allow, prior to the end of the Agreement. In addition, if RESIDENT is failing to satisfactorily pursue the Residency Program and HOSPITAL’s educational and clinical program, the Program Director shall provide the RESIDENT with written notice that the RESIDENT will be placed on probationary status. Thereafter, if the identified deficiencies are not corrected, the HOSPITAL may terminate its relationship with the RESIDENT.

Failure to Complete Training. If Trainee fails to make satisfactory progress during the training period and/or fails to attend classes for more than 2 weeks, his/her training may be terminated without advance notice at the sole discretion of the Company. In the event of such termination, if the Trainee has paid the full training fee in advance, he/she shall be reimbursed a prorated amount of the fees based on the proportion of training completed. If the trainee has signed a note, a prorated amount of the fees based on the proportion of training completed, plus accrued interest, is due immediately. For this purpose the Enrollment fee will not be refunded or reconsidered to rejoin to the next batch.
