Family Coverage for Full-Time Employees. The district shall contribute a monthly sum not to exceed 50% of the lowest deductible, high-deductible plan toward the insurance premiums for each teacher employed by the district who qualifies for and is enrolled in a district sponsored group family health and hospitalization plan. (For example, if the district has a $4,400 HDP and $6,000 HDP, district contributions would be calculated using the $4,400 HDP). District contributions for health insurance premiums will be spread evenly throughout the participation year. If the School District contribution exceeds the premium cost, no reimbursement will be made to the teacher. Any additional cost of the premium shall be borne by the employee and paid for by payroll deduction. Each teacher participating in the district’s High-Deductible Plans family insurance coverage will establish a qualifying Health Savings Account (HSA).   • Less-Than-Full-Time Employees (a) For less-than-full-time employees (including part-time, seasonal, and intermittent employees), who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in the month, the Employer shall contribute a prorated amount of the contribution for full-time employees. This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee An employee who is in a regular budgeted position and whose normal work schedule is intended to be forty (40) hours of work per week.

  • Orthodontia lifetime maximum Orthodontia benefits are subject to a three thousand dollar ($3,000) lifetime maximum benefit.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.
