Fatigue Management Principles. Fatigue management is an evolving area and AER may, through consultation, examine and implement further fatigue management principles, strategies and processes. Issues that may be considered for further examination include: The opportunity for quality and quantity of sleep particularly addressing the ―time of day‖ effect and the nature of the work being undertaken; Considering the application of the provisions of this agreement when compiling rosters in particular, issues such as the number of consecutive shifts (particularly night shifts), shift lengths and rest periods between shifts; Consideration of the needs of employees in balancing the competing requirements of their work and family, domestic and social responsibilities.

Fatigue Management Principles. The Employer will, as far as is practicable, establish a rostering system that supports the health and wellbeing of employees. Xxxxxxx will accord with the following rostering principles (unless otherwise requested by an Employee): i. rostering of shifts where they rotate in a forward direction (i.e. day to evening to night shift); ii. a 48-hour break rostered after an Employee’s last night shift before commencing another shift;
Fatigue Management Principles. Master rosters shall include the fatigue management principles as set out below: (a) Avoid permanent night work (b) Wherever possible, the shift prior to a block leisure period should be an early shift to start after 0600 and completed before 2400 (c) If an early morning start exists (0300 – 0600) then minimise the number of consecutive morning shifts to 3 (d) If night shifts exist then wherever possible have a maximum of 4 to 5 consecutive 8 hour shifts
Fatigue Management Principles. The parties agree that the principles of fatigue management and rostering guidelines will be developed during the period of the application of this Agreement and will address issues such as composition of rosters and the distribution of driving time within shifts.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Performing Agency shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Chief Data and Analytics Officer. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • RECORDS MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees and subcontractors shall, throughout the term 12 of this Agreement, prepare, maintain and manage records appropriate to the services provided and in 13 accordance with this Agreement and all applicable requirements.

  • Case Management Prompt resolution of any dispute is important to both parties; and the parties agree that the arbitration of any dispute shall be conducted expeditiously. The arbitrators are instructed and directed to assume case management initiative and control over the arbitration process (including scheduling of events, pre-hearing discovery and activities, and the conduct of the hearing), in order to complete the arbitration as expeditiously as is reasonably practical for obtaining a just resolution of the dispute.
