WORK AND FAMILY. This alternative arrangement is not to be viewed as a substitute for family care arrangements. Employee will make family care arrangements for the times he or she is scheduled to perform work for UNO. Family care will not interfere with the Employee’s work responsibilities and safety obligations.
WORK AND FAMILY. QBuild is committed to maintaining a work environment which conforms to the principles of employment outlined in the Public Service Act 2008 (Qld) and the DepartmentsWork and Family Policy.
WORK AND FAMILY. 42.01 The Work and Family Committee (“WFC”) will continue with the following modifications set forth herein. Funding will be provided annually on or about August 2 of each year in the amount on one million four hundred thousand dollars ($1,400,000) during the term of this 2016 MOU (which will include funding for the period from August 2015 to August 2016). This funding will be allocated between CWA NY/NE and IBEW NY 2213. There will be no WFC funding contribution in the year that this MOU expires. Any funds contributed by the Companies for this committee that has not been expended by the original scheduled expiration date of the 2016 MOU, will be returned to the Companies, excepts as required to satisfy bills and charges prior to that date. 42.02 Verizon shall continue full time Company and Union advisers paid by the Company and charged against monies allocated for Work and Family projects. 42.03 Neither the Dependent Care Reimbursement Fund nor its administration shall be subject to grievance and arbitration, but nothing herein shall preclude the Union from grieving and arbitrating an employee’s suspension or dismissal for cause.

WORK AND FAMILY. 3.3.1 The Parties acknowledge that the aims of efficiency, effectiveness and equity can be furthered by increased flexibility and improvements in working arrangements. Further, the parties support the implementation of ILO Convention 156 - “Workers with Family Responsibilities” and therefore agree that addressing the needs of such workers while enhancing organisational flexibility is a priority for the Parties to this Agreement. 3.3.2 In order to assist Employees with family responsibilities, the Parties reinforce their commitment to initiatives established under previous Agreements, including permanent part- time work.

This funding will be allocated between CWA NY/NE and IBEW NY 2213. The Fund shall be administered through the Verizon New York Inc. Regional Work and Family Committee which shall establish written guidelines for reimbursement. WORK AND FAMILY. 1. The Publisher agrees to continue its salary reduction plan for purposes of Dependent Care Assistance in accor- dance with Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 as amended by the Economic Recovery Act of 1981 for the benefit of eligible employees. 2. The Publisher will reimburse up to $4,000 of public or private agency fees, court costs, or legal fees associated with the adoption of a minor child.
