Field Trainer. A member who is qualified by the Justice Institute of British Columbia Police Academy, and/or designated by Management, as a Field Trainer and who is assigned to perform field training duties, shall receive, in addition to regular pay, compensation in the amount of an additional seven point five percent (7.5%) of the hourly wage of a First (1st) Class Constable for all hours worked on each day the member is engaged in the provision of field training to a recruit.

Field Trainer. Certified Child Protective Investigators may be assigned and retained as a Field Trainer at the discretion of the CPIS Command, and upon said assignment, shall be entitled to receive a supplemental payment during periods of active training. The Child Protective Investigator must successfully complete training to enhance and maintain their skills, and to keep abreast of any policy or practice changes that may arise. Certified Child Protective Investigators must be designated as an active CPIS Field Trainer by CPIS Command before he/she will receive a supplemental payment. The lump sum payment will be in addition to base salary, shall be non-cumulative and will not be included in base salary for any purpose other than the calculation of overtime pay.

Field Trainer. Field Trainer duties shall include, but not be limited to: Membership recruitment and fundraising to meet organizational goals; Field outreach to meet project and campaign goals; Representation of the organization to the public; Fiduciary responsibilities for collecting, tracking and reporting on funds raised; Training and retraining of trainees and staff; Reporting and analysis of the progress of trainees and staff in training; Leading field crews as needed; Accurately tracking and completing nightly paperwork as determined by the Employer.
Field Trainer. Employees assigned by Management to serve as a Field Trainer shall receive an increase in pay of ninety cents ($0.90) per hour upon their initial assignment.

  • Field Trips Orange COUNTY funds may not be used to support any overnight and/or out of Central Florida travel, unless approved by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee in advance. The AGENCY must have on file for field trip(s) that each participant, adult or minor, must have a signed release of liability form releasing the COUNTY from any liability. If the participant is a minor, the release must be signed by a parent/guardian. Central Florida is defined as Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Polk, and Volusia Counties.

  • Field Training Officer When a Public Safety Officer has been designated as a Field Training Officer for a new employee he/she will receive a five percent (5%) increase for all the hours they provide direct training/instruction.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.

  • EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING 1. The State agrees to provide advice and counseling to employees with respect to career advancement opportunities and agency developments which have an impact on their careers. 2. Regular review of its job-related and career development and training programs will be made by the State in order to provide suitable programs for employees covered by this Agreement. When undertaking any such review, the State shall notify employees of such review and take into account suggestions and proposals made by employees. 3. Employees shall be given a reasonable notice of applicable, development and training programs available. Such notice shall include an explanation of the procedure for applying for the program. Notices of development and training programs shall be posted for reasonable periods in advance on bulletin boards at applicable work locations within the agencies involved. An appointing authority shall make every effort to permit employees' participation in such career development and training programs. Participation in any training inside or outside of work hours which is required by the State as a condition of fulfilling the requirements of the employee's job, or any in-service State training which is conducted or undertaken during normally scheduled work hours will be considered as time worked. 4. The State shall pay tuition, course-related fees, other approved course required costs and for necessary travel and lodging pursuant to established policies and procedures.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Professional Development and Training The Company shall pay for or reimburse the Executive for any reasonable professional development or training.

  • Cell Phone Employee shall be provided with a cell phone, with e-mail capabilities, at Board expense. As a condition of receipt of said cell phone, employee is expected to be reachable as necessary and appropriate by the Superintendent and Board President for the thorough and efficient operation of the School District. Incidental personal use shall be permitted. Employees shall have the option of being reimbursed for the use of a personal smartphone in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month instead of accepting a district cell phone. As a condition of this reimbursement, employee must a) be reasonably available at all times via the personal phone; and b) take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of student and staff information being transmitted to and through said phone.

  • Job Training ‌ The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes: (1) for planning training programs for those employees affected by technological change; (2) for planning training programs to enable employees to qualify for new positions being planned through future expansion or renovation; (3) for planning training programs for those employees affected by new methods of operation; (4) for planning training programs in the area of general skill upgrading. Whenever necessary, this Committee shall seek the assistance of external training resources such as the Federal Human Resources Development Canada and Provincial Ministry of Labour, or other recognized training institutions.

  • Employee Training The Provider shall provide periodic security training to those of its employees who operate or have access to the system. Further, Provider shall provide LEA with contact information of an employee who LEA may contact if there are any security concerns or questions.
