Filing Process. All written grievances shall be filed with the Human Resources Department on a form mutually agreed to by the parties. The Grievant shall specify on the form the date and manner in which the preliminary step was completed. The Human Resources Department will time stamp the grievance, assign a number, and return a copy to the grievant. The Human Resources Department will forward the grievance to the appropriate supervisor for a Step 1 response.
