Xxxxxxxxx Procedure. In-House Resolution of Controversy The processing, resolution, and appeal of grievances involving the interpretation or application of the express terms of this contract shall be in accord with the procedure described herein.
Xxxxxxxxx Procedure. Xxxxxxx agrees to establish and maintain a written Client Grievance Procedure which shall include the following elements as well as others that may be appropriate to the Services: (1) the name or title of the person or persons authorized to make a determination regarding the grievance; (2) the opportunity for the aggrieved party to discuss the grievance with those who will be making the determination; and (3) the right of a client dissatisfied with the decision to ask for a review and Appendix B 03/01/2023 recommendation from the community advisory board or planning council that has purview over the aggrieved service. Grantee shall provide a copy of this procedure, and any amendments thereto, to each client and to the Director of Public Health or his/her designated agent (hereinafter referred to as "DIRECTOR"). Those clients who do not receive direct Services will be provided a copy of this procedure upon request.
Xxxxxxxxx Procedure. TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES will be entitled to the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the collective agreement providing a grievance and arbitration procedure only in respect to a difference relating to the interpretation, application or administration of the provisions of this Appendix.
Xxxxxxxxx Procedure. Except as described herein, unit employees are covered by the grievance procedure contained in the Employee Policy Manual. However, the parties agree that Step 1 of the manual shall be deemed to define either a Captain or Battalion Chief as the “immediate supervisor,” Step 2 of the grievance procedure shall be presided over the Fire Chief, and Step 3 of the grievance procedure shall be the City Manager. The City Manager shall render the final and binding grievance determination.
Xxxxxxxxx Procedure. The Union has the right to represent the faculty member and be present at any step of the Grievance Procedure. All time lines shall be interpreted as the end of the specified working day. Due to the importance of processing a grievance as rapidly as possible, the number of days indicated at each level should be considered as a maximum, and every effort should be made to expedite the process.

Xxxxxxxxx Procedure. Upon being served with a Notice of Discipline, the employee may discuss the Notice with his/her supervisor. However, in the event a Notice, as provided for in Section A of this Article, is served on an employee, the employee shall have ten (10) calendar days to file a grievance protesting the action of the Director. Such grievance shall be filed directly with the Director at Step 2 of the grievance procedure. The Director or the Director’s designee may hold a meeting to discuss the merits of the grievance with the employee and his/her Union representative or his/her own attorney, if he/she chooses to retain his/her own attorney at personal cost to represent him/her; but, in any event, the Director or the Director’s designee shall respond in writing within ten (10) working days of the receipt of the grievance or of the meeting if held.
Xxxxxxxxx Procedure. Prior to initiating a formal written grievance, an employee or the Union is encouraged to resolve disputes informally with the appropriate immediate supervisor.
Xxxxxxxxx Procedure. Provider shall promptly notify Apex of any dispute, complaint, or grievance relating to Member care or other disputes involving the Plan or Members. Failure to notify Apex of any issue or claim may result in revocation of providership.
