Fitness Allowance. In view of the shared goal of the Employer and the Association to promote the long- term health and well-being of Members, the Employer shall make best efforts to arrange for the Members to receive a discounted rate for St. Mary’s University fitness centre, and shall furnish to Members an annual taxable fitness allowance of $250.00. Such allowance shall be furnished only upon receipt of an original statement of fees paid for fitness classes, fitness facility membership, or equivalent.

Fitness Allowance. The Employer recognizes that a healthy lifestyle enhances both the quality of service delivered by the Employees and the quality of their lives. To encourage that healthy lifestyle the Employer will reimburse Employees for receipted expenses up to one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) annually for fees in a gym, fitness center, community center, sports facility or fitness/exercise equipment. This is to be pro-rated for part years commencing upon ratification of this agreement.
Fitness Allowance. The Employer will provide subsidization in the form of a flat amount, per calendar year, Page I 29 to each employee upon proof that they purchased a membership at a fitness club, fitness training or instruction as follows: (a) available only to full time and part time employees who have completed the probationary period; (b) reimbursement will be to a maximum of $200.00 (excluding taxes) per calendar year upon presentation of a completed Reimbursement Form or a copy of a membership card and receipt of payment from a recognized fitness club; (c) reimbursement of up to $200.00 is for the cost of a single membership only. Family memberships are the responsibility of the employee; (d) the allowance will be treated as a taxable benefit for CRA purposes.
Fitness Allowance. The Employer shall reimburse term, part-time and full-time employees up to $250.00 per year to be used for health and wellness purposes, upon submission of receipts demonstrating that the employee has incurred health-and-wellness-related costs. Probationary employees are not entitled to the fitness allowance.

Nothing herein shall be construed as to require the City to provide space in or fitness equipment at any municipal facility for Employees to use.

  • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance Employees required to work more than two (2) hours overtime consecutive with a shift shall be provided with a meal by the Employer.

  • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.

  • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.

  • Tool Allowance (a) A tool allowance as set in the relevant Wage Tables in Appendix A per week shall be paid for all purposes to:- (i) Electrical workers at Grade EW 5 and beyond; (ii) Electrical workers performing the duties of: (A) Television Antenna Installer/Erector; (B) Television/Radio/Electronic Equipment Servicemen; and (iii) Apprentices - Contained within the relevant Apprentice Wage Rates.

  • Auto Allowance The Company shall provide to Executive a car allowance in an amount equal to $1,000 per month during the Employment Period.
