Funding Guidelines. 40 Monitoring and auditing of grants for the funding of intelligence systems.
Funding Guidelines. There are five possible types of funding:
1. Standard GMP research proposals (in approximately $20,000 increments), principally for the support of graduate students. Funding for SMP projects will vary depending on the needs of the specific Program and its Work Plan.
2. Funding for Small Company projects will generally be in the $10,000 to $20,000 range and may be partially supported by funding from an agency or co-sponsored by two or more Small Companies.
Funding Guidelines. As outlined in the Start-up Funding Policy, the Funding Guidelines of the DDRB and all funding policies are to be taken as a part of this formal contract.

The AGENCY will perform the services and carry out the activities as set forth in the targets and milestones of the Application for Funds. Board approved contract changes (deletions/additions of units or funds, etc.) will be sent to the agency via written letter from the Program Director or Finance Director and are considered a part of the agency’s contract.
Funding Guidelines. The Steering Committee will evaluate and award funding to proposed projects in accordance with the guidelines set forth in this Section 5.2 (the “Funding Guidelines”) and the evaluation and ranking criteria provided in the Yampa River Fund Eligibility and Project Ranking Criteria – Phase I and Yampa River Fund Conservation Objectives attached hereto as Exhibit A:
(a) Any activity eligible for funding from the YRF Endowment (as defined
(i) align with the Intent; and
(ii) adhere to the overall goals of the YRF, the BIP, the IWMP, the
(b) The Steering Committee is limited to awarding funding to proposed projects that meet one or more of the following objectives (the “Approved Project Types”):
(i) voluntary, market-based water leases and releases from reservoirs that will enhance river flows for both aquatic health and agriculture in the Yampa River Basin;
(ii) restoration actions (on private and public land) that will improve riparian, in-channel, streambank and aquatic habitat in the Yampa River Basin; and
(iii) improvements or enhancements to water storage, distribution, management and infrastructure in the Yampa River Basin that will generate combined agricultural, industrial, environmental and recreational benefits.
(c) At any meeting of the Board, any Director may initiate a vote to amend the list of Approved Project Types. Adoption of any such amendment shall require the unanimous consent of the Board.
(d) The Steering Committee’s selection of a project for funding shall not require any of the Directors to appropriate or make funding available for, or to implement, such project. The Steering Committee must base its decision to fund or implement projects on available funding, as determined and reported to the Steering Committee by the Management Entity and the Financial Partner.
Funding Guidelines. To the extent of any inconsistency, the Funding Guidelines shall prevail over the terms of this Funding Agreement.
Funding Guidelines. Funding through a Community Service Agreement is initiated by City staff. There is no application process.
Funding Guidelines. EMPG Sub-Grant funds can only be used for the purposes set forth in this contract. All EMPG Sub-Grant fund expenditures must be accounted for and follow this funding guidance. Grant funds may not be used for matching funds for Federal grants, cooperative agreements, lobbying or intervention in Federal regulatory or adjudicatory proceedings. Additionally, EMPG Sub-Grant funds may not be used to sue the Federal government or any other government entity. It is the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management’s (OEM) intent to supplement (NOT supplant) city, county and tribal Emergency Management program funds. This can only be achieved by the commitment and compliance of EMPG Subrecipients.
Funding Guidelines. In order to be funded by FY2017 HSGP funds, Ohio is requiring that local projects meet the following criteria:
1. Must support terrorism preparedness/demonstrate nexus to terrorism
2. Have measurable and detailed goals to explain what gaps are being filled
3. Regional capability as demonstrated by support of all counties within the Ohio Homeland Security Planning Region where the project originates;
4. If requesting capability that is deployable/sharable within the region, state and nation- must indicate a commitment to do so per existing EMAC agreements;
5. If requesting sustainment of core capability not physically deployable, must still support national response capabilities such as Geographic/Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), interoperable communications systems, capabilities as defined under the mitigation mission area of the Goal, and fusion centers
6. Must directly support at least one of the core capabilities outlined in this document as being supported by Ohio’s FY2017 SHSP funding
7. Must be connected to a terrorism plan-local plan, regional plan, THIRA (if applicable), State Preparedness Report, etc.
8. Sub-recipients with Communication Projects will be required to explain and show how it ties into the State Communications Interoperable Plan (SCIP). With the regional process, the requirement of a regional capability comprised of multiple counties or supported by multiple counties and deployable within the region, state, and nation shall now be understood to be a project properly submitted and prioritized from a planning region that is supported by all counties within the region. There is no change to the requirement that projects must support terrorism preparedness/demonstrate a nexus to terrorism. DHS grant funds may only be used for the purpose set forth in the grant, and must be consistent with the statutory authority for the award. Grant funds may not be used for matching funds for other Federal grants/cooperative agreements, lobbying, or intervention in Federal regulatory or adjudicatory proceedings. In addition, Federal funds may not be used to sue the Federal government or any other government entity. Per FEMA policy, the purchase of weapons or weapons accessories is not allowed with HSGP funds. Allowable Investments made in support of the HSGP priorities as well as other capability- enhancing projects must fall into the categories outlined below. It is the Recipient’s intent to supplement, not supplant, city, county, and tribal Emergency Management program funds. This can only be achieved by the commitment and compliance of EMPG Subrecipients.
