GRIEVANCES/DISPUTES. There shall be a Labor-Management Committee of three representing the Union and three representing the Employers. It shall meet regularly at such stated times as it may decide. GRIEVANCES/DISPUTES. There shall be no stoppage of work either by strike or lockout because of any proposed changes in this Agreement or dispute over matters relating to this Agreement. All such matters must be handled as stated herein.
GRIEVANCES/DISPUTES a. Grievances shall be defined as an alleged violation of this Agreement or dispute regarding interpretations, application, or enforcement of this Agreement or the City Charter, City ordinances, resolutions, and written policies related to personnel policies and working conditions. Grievances shall not include disagreements, disputes, or activities regarding or pertaining to examinations for employment or promotion, disciplinary action, performance evaluations, probationary terminations and items subject to meet and confer. No act or activity which may be grievable may be considered for resolution unless a grievance is filed in accordance with the procedure contained herein within twenty (20) working days of the date the grievable activity occurred or the date the employee could reasonably have known such activity occurred.
b. The Union agrees that whenever investigation or processing of a grievance is to be transacted during working hours, only the amount of time necessary to bring about a prompt disposition of the matter will be utilized. At the City's discretion, time spent by City employees on the investigation and processing of grievances will be recorded on a form provided by management. Union Stewards will be permitted reasonable time off with pay for the investigation and processing of grievances after first obtaining permission from his/her Department Head. Such permission will be granted promptly unless such absence would cause an undue interruption of work. Upon entering a work location, the Union Xxxxxxx shall inform the appropriate Department Head and supervisor of the nature of his/her business. An employee pursuing a grievance shall be granted permission to leave the job unless such absence would cause an undue interruption of work. If the employee can not be made available, the Union Xxxxxxx will be immediately informed when the employee will be made available.
c. The parties agree that all grievances will be processed in accordance with the following procedure. Any employee who has a grievance shall first try to get it settled through discussion with his/her immediate supervisor without undue delay. Every effort shall be made to find an acceptable solution at the lowest possible level of supervision. If after such discussion the employee does not believe the grievance has been satisfactorily resolved, he or she may file a formal appeal in writing to his/her Department Head within ten (10) working days after the informal decision of his/her...
GRIEVANCES/DISPUTES. This Agreement shall take effect August 30, 2021, and shall remain in effect until September 1, 2024, unless otherwise specifically provided for herein. It shall continue in effect from year to year thereafter, from September 1 through August 31 of each year, unless changed or terminated in the way later provided herein.
GRIEVANCES/DISPUTES. Network shall, and shall cause Network Providers to, cooperate with Plan in resolving any Members' grievance(s) and appeal(s) related to the provision or denial of Covered Services. Network shall notify Plan of any complaints received by Network and Network Providers. Network shall, and shall cause Network Providers to, use best efforts to resolve any complaints in a fair and equitable manner. Network shall, and shall cause Network Providers to, agree to participate in and cooperate with Plan's Member grievance and appeal procedures, as enacted by Plan from time to time, and comply with all final determinations rendered in accordance with those procedures.

Specialty Provider agrees to participate in and cooperate with RHS and Healthcare Plan(s) Member Grievance procedures, as enacted by RHS and Healthcare Plan(s) from time to time, including all appeal and expedited appeal processes. Specialty Provider shall comply with all final determinations rendered in accordance with those procedures. Specialty Provider agrees to cooperate with RHS and Healthcare Plan(s) resolving any Members’ grievance(s) related to the provision of Covered Services, including by gathering and forwarding information to RHS and Healthcare Plan(s) on a basis that will permit RHS and Healthcare Plan(s) to meet all applicable time frames for disposition of grievances and appeals. Specialty Provider shall notify RHS of any complaints from Members regarding Specialty Provider.
GRIEVANCES/DISPUTES. This Agreement shall take effect December 1, 2016, and shall remain in effect until November 30, 2019, unless otherwise specifically provided for herein. Unresolved issues or disputes arising out of the failure to negotiate a renewal or modification of this agreement that remain on the 20th of the month preceding the next regular meeting of the Council on Industrial Relations for the Electrical Contracting Industry (CIR) may be submitted jointly or unilaterally to the Council for adjudication. Such unresolved issues or disputes shall be submitted no later than the next regular meeting of the Council following the expiration date of this agreement or any subsequent anniversary date. The Council's decisions shall be final and binding.

The employer encourages the employee to bring any grievance to the attention of the employer as soon as possible. Grievances shall be handled in the following way:
(I) The employee shall at the first opportunity raise the grievance with the Employer.
GRIEVANCES/DISPUTES. (a) The employer acknowledges that the employee has the right to bring any grievance he/she has to the attention of the employer. The employer encourages the employee to bring any grievance to the attention of the employer as soon as possible. Grievances shall be handled in the following way:
(i) The employee shall at the first opportunity raise the grievance with the Employer.
(ii) The employer shall attempt to resolve the dispute within one working day of being notified, this may involve a representative of the employee being present if so requested.
(iii) Should the matter not able to be resolved after the 1 day period, or should both parties agree, at any stage of the procedure an independent mediator, suitable to both parties may be appointed to assist the parties in a resolution.
(iv) Both parties agree that in the event that the matter cannot be resolved with the assistance of an independent mediator within a further 3 working days, the independent mediator shall be requested to adjudicate. Any decision will be final and binding on both parties.
(v) During the process both parties agree that normal work will continue, unless the matter is one concerning a health or safety matter, in which case work relating only to the matter in dispute will be effected.
(vi) Any costs associated with any appointment of a mediator shall be equally shared between the employer and employee(s) concerned.
