GRIEVANCES/DISPUTES. There shall be no stoppage of work either by strike or lockout because of any proposed changes in this Agreement or dispute over matters relating to this Agreement. All such matters must be handled as stated herein.
GRIEVANCES/DISPUTES a. Grievances shall be defined as an alleged violation of this agreement or dispute regarding interpretations, application, or enforcement of this agreement or the City Charter, City ordinances, resolutions, and written policies related to personnel policies and working conditions. Grievances shall not include disagreements, disputes, or activities regarding or pertaining to examinations for employment or promotion, disciplinary action, performance evaluations, probationary terminations and items subject to meet and confer. No act or activity which may be grievable may be considered for resolution unless a grievance is filed in accordance with the procedure contained herein within twenty (20) working days of the date the grievable activity occurred or the date the employee could reasonably have known such activity occurred.
GRIEVANCES/DISPUTES. Section 1.01 This Agreement shall take effect January 1, 2020 and shall remain in effect until December 31, 2021, unless otherwise specifically provided for herein. It shall continue in effect from year to year thereafter, unless changed or terminated in the way later provided herein.
GRIEVANCES/DISPUTES. (a) The employer acknowledges that the employee has the right to bring any grievance he/she has to the attention of the employer. The employer encourages the employee to bring any grievance to the attention of the employer as soon as possible. Grievances shall be handled in the following way:

GRIEVANCES/DISPUTES. Network shall, and shall cause Network Providers to, cooperate with Plan in resolving any Members' grievance(s) and appeal(s) related to the provision or denial of Covered Services. Network shall notify Plan of any complaints received by Network and Network Providers. Network shall, and shall cause Network Providers to, use best efforts to resolve any complaints in a fair and equitable manner. Network shall, and shall cause Network Providers to, agree to participate in and cooperate with Plan's Member grievance and appeal procedures, as enacted by Plan from time to time, and comply with all final determinations rendered in accordance with those procedures.
GRIEVANCES/DISPUTES. Specialty Provider agrees to participate in and cooperate with RHS and Healthcare Plan(s) Member Grievance procedures, as enacted by RHS and Healthcare Plan(s) from time to time, including all appeal and expedited appeal processes. Specialty Provider shall comply with all final determinations rendered in accordance with those procedures. Specialty Provider agrees to cooperate with RHS and Healthcare Plan(s) resolving any Members’ grievance(s) related to the provision of Covered Services, including by gathering and forwarding information to RHS and Healthcare Plan(s) on a basis that will permit RHS and Healthcare Plan(s) to meet all applicable time frames for disposition of grievances and appeals. Specialty Provider shall notify RHS of any complaints from Members regarding Specialty Provider.

GRIEVANCES/DISPUTES. All grievances or questions in dispute shall be adjusted by the parties to this Agreement. In the event that they are unable to adjust any matter within five (5) days, they shall refer the matter to the Labor Management Committee for resolution. Any grievance, complaint or dispute not filed in writing within thirty (30) days of the alleged complaint, dispute or grievance shall be waived.
