Health Advisory Committee. The LMC will serve as an advisory committee regarding the Healthcare for Healthcare Workers Initiative. The LMC will participate with the Employer, the Trust and the carriers participating in the Trust to provide benefit plan design and enrollment information to eligible employees.

Health Advisory Committee. The Union agrees to appoint one (1) representative to serve on a Joint Labor Management Advisory Committee consisting of both Union and Town representatives from across all town departments, should the Town elect to form such a committee, for the purpose of reviewing health insurance options, including but not limited to plan coverage, carriers, and cost share arrangements. All such findings and comments shall be strictly considered advisory in nature.
Health Advisory Committee. 13 14 The District and the Association agree to establish a Health Advisory Committee 15 (HAC) whose purpose shall be to recommend to the Association and the District, 16 cost effective levels and types of benefits for its members with the established and 17 agreed upon funds for this purpose. The committee shall be composed of the 18 following members: 20 • 1 member appointed by the Governing Board 21 • 2 members selected by PETA 22 • 2 members selected by CSEA 23 • 2 administrators appointed by the Superintendent 24 • 2 confidential employees 26 All costs of meetings and conferences (substitutes, registration fees, travel, etc…) as 27 well as related expenses of the committee shall be paid by the District. The District 28 retains the right to approve/disapprove or modify all conference attendance 29 requests made by committee members and other costs associated with this 30 committee. Conference attendance shall be equitably split between District and 31 Association personnel. Members of this committee shall not receive any additional 32 compensation as a result of participating in this committee.
Health Advisory Committee. The Union and Committee agree that they will continue to participate in the activities of the Health Advisory Committee as referenced by Section 3 of G.L.C. 32B for the term of the current contract, consistent with the recommendations of the Health Advisory Committee to the Board of Selectmen and motions voted by the Board on March 28, 1995. The Town and the Union will, as stated in the March 22, 1995 letter and as demonstrated over the past three years, look to the Health Care Advisory Committee as the forum for labor and management collaboration on the possible expansion of benefits. The Union and the Town believe that similar collaboration holds the greatest promise for the pursuit of enhanced benefits in the future. Appropriate arrangements will be made to permit a Union representative, to participate in the activities of the Health Advisory Committee, consistent, with the motions voted by the Board of Selectmen on March 28, 1995.

  • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • Joint Committee 1. The Contracting Parties shall establish a Joint Committee (hereinafter referred to as “the Committee”) with a view to accomplishing the objectives of this Agreement. The functions of the Committee shall be:

  • Technical Advisory Committee (TAC The goal of this subtask is to create an advisory committee for this Agreement. The TAC should be composed of diverse professionals. The composition will vary depending on interest, availability, and need. TAC members will serve at the CAM’s discretion. The purpose of the TAC is to: • Provide guidance in project direction. The guidance may include scope and methodologies, timing, and coordination with other projects. The TAC may be composed of qualified professionals spanning the following types of disciplines: • Researchers knowledgeable about the project subject matter; • Members of trades that will apply the results of the project (e.g., designers, engineers, architects, contractors, and trade representatives); • Public interest market transformation implementers; • Product developers relevant to the project; • U.S. Department of Energy research managers, or experts from other federal or state agencies relevant to the project; • Public interest environmental groups; • Utility representatives; • Air district staff; and • Members of relevant technical society committees. The Recipient shall: • Prepare a List of Potential TAC Members that includes the names, companies, physical and electronic addresses, and phone numbers of potential members. The list will be discussed at the Kick-off meeting, and a schedule for recruiting members and holding the first TAC meeting will be developed. • Recruit TAC members. Ensure that each individual understands member obligations and the TAC meeting schedule developed in subtask 1.11. • Prepare a List of TAC Members once all TAC members have committed to serving on the TAC. • Submit Documentation of TAC Member Commitment (such as Letters of Acceptance) from each TAC member.   • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.
