HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES. 19.2.1. We expect that all members of the Housing community—residents, staff and visitors—act in a manner that demonstrates respect and consideration for those around them, including respect and consideration for the health and safety of all community members. All residential students are prohibited from creating a health or safety hazard within housing and the University or the University may request or require a resident to leave housing if their continued presence in the housing community poses a health or safety risk for community members. Residential students are required to comply with health and safety laws, orders, ordinances, regulations and health and safety guidance adopted by the University or housing as it relates to public health crises, including COVID-19. Adherence to health and safety requirements applies to all residents, staff and visitors and extends to all aspects of residential life, including bedrooms, bathrooms, community kitchens, lounges, computer rooms, courtyards and other common spaces.

HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES. The Hospital will continue to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local health and safety laws and regulations including workplace sanitation, ventilation, cleanliness, light, noise control, heating, and cooling. It is the responsibility of the Hospital to provide safe and healthy working conditions. It is the duty of each employee to comply with all health and safety regulations of the Hospital.
HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES. To ensure the safety of all persons associated with the BRFV facility, User shall also comply with the following: a. Worker Safety. User is exclusively responsible to ensure that User and its employees observe proper safety procedures while using the Facility. All User employees must have registered with the General Manager and provide contact information in case of emergencies before being authorized to work at BRFV. No children under 16 are allowed in the Production Areas.

Worker Safety User is exclusively responsible to ensure that User and its employees/associates observe proper safety procedures while using the Kitchen. All User employees/associates must have registered with the Manager and provided contact information in case of emergencies before being authorized to work at SVFV. No children under 16 are allowed in the kitchen when any food processing is taking place. B. Right of Inspection The staff of SVFV and Stecoah Valley Center retains the right to enter and inspect operations at any time during use. The health department of Graham County as well as the Food & Drug Administration shall have the right to inspect without prior notice at any time deemed necessary by their organization.

Develops and maintains accident and incident investigation and reporting and recordkeeping procedures and systems. h. Investigates all accidents and takes action to eliminate accident causes.

All User employees must have registered with the Kitchen Manager and provide contact information in case of emergencies before being authorized to work at the LEAP Kitchen. No children under 16 are allowed in the Kitchen.

Tenant is exclusively responsible to ensure that Tenant and guests observe proper safety procedures while using the kitchen facility. All Tenant guests must be authorized by kitchen administrator by completing Emergency Contact Form. No children under 16 are allowed in the kitchen, unless approved in advance by kitchen administrator.

Teachers shall respond to emergency situations and accidents by providing care and comfort until help arrives. Ongoing health interventions such as suctioning, catheterization, and tube feeding shall not be the responsibility of the certified and non-certified staff (not including aides). 3. Diapering shall not be the responsibility of certified and non-certified staff (not including aides).
