HEIGHT PAY. 11C.01 Height pay shall be dealt with in accordance with the Trade Appendix. In all instances height shall be defined as "free fall to point of impact."

HEIGHT PAY. An employee working on a structure at or above an elevation of seventy-five (75) feet free fall or more above the ground or the point upon which the structure is affixed shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at his regular rate of pay for each hour worked in addition to either his regular rate of pay, or his overtime rate in the event he is working in accordance with 6.03, 6.05, or 6.06.

HEIGHT PAY. Employees required to work on scaffolds, structural steel, swinging stages, bosun chairs, towers, stacks or catwalks, shall receive height pay. The starting point shall be designated as "ground level". This section also applies to the interior of a building where there is work fifteen metres (15m) above a "free fall". 0 – 14.99 metres Basic Rate 15 – 17.99 metres $0.20 18 – 23.99 metres $0.40 24 – 30 metres $0.80 An additional forty cents ($0.40) per hour for every six metres (6m) thereafter.

HEIGHT PAY. Employees required to work on scaffold or structural steel one hundred feet (100’) or more shall be paid an additional one dollar ($1.00) for the first ten feet (10’) above the one hundred feet (100’) height and an additional twenty cents ($0.20) per hour every twenty feet (20’) thereafter.
HEIGHT PAY. 14.01 Height pay will be paid at the rate of time and one-half for work performed in areas forty (40) feet or over above a solid floor. For work on Sundays, Statutory Holidays, designated days off, and after eight hours in any one day, the employee shall receive a further premium of 50% of his regular rate.
