Payment for Training Clause Samples

The Payment for Training clause establishes the obligation of one party, typically the employer, to cover the costs associated with training provided to employees or contractors. This clause outlines the types of training covered, such as job-specific skills courses or mandatory certifications, and may specify whether payment is made directly to the training provider or reimbursed to the individual upon completion. Payment for Training. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of certification in the form of Exhibit A from the Doctor that training of physicians pursuant to Section 2.1 has been completed, Diomed will pay the LLC **CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED** for each such approved training session per licensed physician. Within thirty (30) days of submission of receipts, Diomed will reimburse up to **CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED** for foreign travel and **CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED** for domestic travel for pre-approved lectures/workshops where discussion or presentation on EVLT is on the agenda .
Payment for Training. The Department agrees to seek grants and/or reimbursement under Title IV-E, the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act and other federal programs, for the training specified in this Agreement.
Payment for Training. One hundred percent (100%) of the price set forth in the Order Confirmation for any Buyer training (the “Training Price”) shall be immediately due and payable upon completion of such training.

Payment for Training a) All attendance at work related training or meetings where attendance is required is paid at the employee’s normal hourly rate. b) Support workers will be paid for time and distance to travel to and from training on the same basis as they are paid for traveling to and from clients as per current practice.
Payment for Training. All full-time employees required by the City to attend any training and/or health and safety program paid for by the City shall be compensated at their regular rate of pay for the length of time they are required to attend such training or program.
Payment for Training. The Employer agrees to pay for in advance for 30 approved expenses incurred pursuant to Section 34.01 above. 32 The following criteria must be met or the employee will reimburse the employer in full: 33 a) The employee successfully completes the course or school attended by obtaining 34 a passing grade, or 35 b) obtains the license or certificate for which the school or course was given when 36 applicable.
Payment for Training. The parties have held discussions about payment for employees undertaking training for the purpose of the "Training & Development at Sydney Steel Mill" manual and have agreed to the arrangements set out in Appendix 2.
