Payment for Training. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of certification in the form of Exhibit A from the Doctor that training of physicians pursuant to Section 2.1 has been completed, Diomed will pay the LLC **CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED** for each such approved training session per licensed physician. Within thirty (30) days of submission of receipts, Diomed will reimburse up to **CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED** for foreign travel and **CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED** for domestic travel for pre-approved lectures/workshops where discussion or presentation on EVLT is on the agenda .
Payment for Training. One hundred percent (100%) of the price set forth in the Order Confirmation for any Buyer training (the “Training Price”) shall be immediately due and payable upon completion of such training.
Payment for Training. The Department agrees to seek grants and/or reimbursement under Title IV-E, the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act and other federal programs, for the training specified in this Agreement.
Payment for Training. Any employee who is pre-approved to participate in training outside of his/her normal scheduled hours of work shall be paid at his/her normal applicable overtime rate for any hours which exceed said normal scheduled hours of work. In addition, mileage will be paid to any employee who is required to use his/her own vehicle to participate in said training outside of Groton.
Payment for Training. (a) If an Employee has to travel for the purpose of attending a training course required for their role away from their normal place of work, including Company- approved conferences such as SSHR or Electrical Safety conferences, the Company will provide:
(1) transport to and from the training venue;
(2) accommodation and meals if necessary;
(3) payment or TOIL in accordance with clause 11.9; and
(4) payment or TOIL for travel time in accordance with clause 11.9 if the Employee is required to travel on an RDO. Applications to attend the SSHR and Electrical Safety conferences will be approved by the Company provided a minimum of 14 days notice is given and subject to business operational requirements.
(b) Where the Company requests or offers an Employee to undertake training outside of that Employee’s normal shift patterns, and the Employee agrees, such training will occur in accordance with clause 11.9.
(c) If training is conducted on a rostered shift, there shall be no loss of pay for that day even if the course is of a shorter duration and it is not reasonably practicable to return to duty.
(d) The Employee will not receive payment for travelling outside of normal roster hours on the day of the course. Every effort will be made to hold the training course on site or in the closest township. If this is not possible, efforts will be made to minimise the time spent travelling to and from the training venue.
(e) The Company shall provide the relevant training/payment for the renewal of statutory licences for all Employees required to utilise such licenses in the course of their normal employment with the Company.
Payment for Training. All full-time employees required by the City to attend any training and/or health and safety program paid for by the City shall be compensated at their regular rate of pay for the length of time they are required to attend such training or program.
Payment for Training. Employees required to attend job-related training and/or recertification will be paid the actual hours in attendance at the training (minimum one [1] hour), at the appropriate rate of pay.
Payment for Training. The Employer agrees to pay for in advance for 30 approved expenses incurred pursuant to Section 34.01 above. 32 The following criteria must be met or the employee will reimburse the employer in full:
33 a) The employee successfully completes the course or school attended by obtaining 34 a passing grade, or
35 b) obtains the license or certificate for which the school or course was given when 36 applicable.
Payment for Training. The parties have held discussions about payment for employees undertaking training for the purpose of the "Training & Development at Sydney Steel Mill" manual and have agreed to the arrangements set out in Appendix 2.
