IBEW/UA a. The workweek shall normally consist of forty (40) hours scheduled between Monday and Friday. Employees shall normally work five (5) consecutive days followed by two (2) consecutive days off. Alternative schedules will be allowed at the Employer’s discretion. Changes to current schedules will not be implemented without discussion with the union regarding the impact of that decision. b. The ECORE and Compliance Team may be required to work a workweek and work schedule that does not begin at 12:00 a. m. on Sunday and end at 12:00 midnight the following Saturday and which consists of five (5) consecutive workdays beginning on Monday followed by two (2) consecutive days off. However, members of the ECORE and Compliance Teams will have two (2) consecutive days off per week which will normally include one (1) weekend day. Alternative schedules will be allowed at the Employer’s discretion and in accordance with Subsection 7.3 B of this Article.

IBEW/UA. The Department of Labor and Industries will continue to provide inspectors with the following clothing as needed, such as; identifiable vest, when needed, with L&I logo; a hard hat and liner, with L&I logo; coveralls and/or logging pants; shop coat, as needed; foul weather jacket and pants; cold weather jacket; safety gloves; footwear appropriate for the hazard; two (2) pairs of safety shoes; and safety glasses/eye protection (prescription, where required). There will be no wearing of L&I provided clothing or safety items for personal use. The department will pay for laundering and maintaining agency purchased coveralls, logging pants and shop coats as needed. The Employer will reimburse employees for destroyed personal clothing. The Employer will assign vehicles to field employees in accordance with State, agency policies and procedures for work related travel exclusively. Usage of assigned vehicles that is inconsistent with OFM regulations, agency policies or procedures is subject to disciplinary action and loss of assigned vehicle. Field employees with permanently assigned vehicles will be permitted to park the vehicle at their home provided the necessary documentation has been reviewed and approved by the Employer and in accordance with OFM regulations.

  • AT&T-12STATE acknowledges that CLEC may have an embedded base of one-way trunks ordered and installed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement that were used for termination of CLEC’s Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic to AT&T-12STATE (Embedded Base). To the extent that CLEC has such an Embedded Base, CLEC shall only augment trunk groups in the Embedded Base with the mutual agreement of the Parties. CLEC shall not order any new one-way trunk groups following the Effective Date of this Agreement. Moreover, the Parties agree that the Embedded Base will be converted to two-way trunk groups under the following circumstances: 4.2.1.1 With reasonable notification from AT&T-12STATE and upon AT&T-12STATE’s request, CLEC shall convert all of its Embedded Base to two-way trunks. 4.2.1.2 At any time an Embedded Base trunk group (either originating or terminating) requires augmentation, AT&T-12STATE can require the associated originating and terminating trunks to be converted to a single two-way trunk group prior to the augmentation. 4.2.1.3 When any network changes are to be performed on a project basis (i.e., central office conversions, tandem re-homes, etc.), upon request and reasonable notice by AT&T-12STATE, CLEC will convert all of its Embedded Base affected by the project within the intervals and due dates required by the project parameters. 4.2.1.4 In addition to the foregoing, CLEC may choose, at any time, to convert its Embedded Base to two-way trunk groups. 4.2.1.5 The Parties will coordinate any trunk group migration, trunk group prioritization and implementation schedule. AT&T-12STATE agrees to develop a cutover plan within thirty (30) days of notification to CLEC of the need to convert pursuant to Section 4.2.1.1 above and Section 4.2.1.3 above.

  • Data Management Contractor will not use State data, including production data, for testing or development purposes unless authorized in writing by the State Chief Information Security Officer or delegate. Contractor will implement and maintain procedures to physically and logically segregate State data, unless otherwise explicitly authorized by the State Chief Information Security Officer or delegate.

  • Eye Exam This plan covers one (1) routine or annual eye exam, per plan year, for a member’s visual acuity. Additional eye exams are covered during the plan year when there is an underlying medical condition, such as conjunctivitis. This plan covers vision hardware for members until the last day of the month in which they turn nineteen (19).
