Project Work Schedule. Within the first 7 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed the Contractor shall submit his proposed work schedule to complete all of the required items of work within the time frame as set forth in the Time of Completion. Adequate time shall be allocated for testing, the Trial Runs and other pre-commissioning activities. The Contractor shall update this Project Work Schedule monthly, reporting progress through a set date such as the last workday of the month or the last Saturday of the month. The updated Project Work Schedule shall be submitted to the Employer’s Representative by the 7th of the following month. A brief report shall accompany this submittal highlighting the following:  Planned work for the following month  Items of work that fell behind the planned Schedule for the preceding month, and reasons for their delay  Alerts as to potential problems the Contractor may have in meeting the planned Schedule  Items the Contractor requires from the Employer in order to meet the planned Schedule  Any Change orders the Contractor views as being required to meet the planned Schedule  Alerts as to potential for the assessment of Liquidated Damages The Employer’s Representative will review the Contractor’s submitted Project Work Schedule on a monthly basis and will provide the Contractor with comments as to any portions of the Schedule which he or the Employer views as being unachievable. The Guwahati Water Supply Project stresses to achieve the highest standards for the works (construction, equipment supply and erection). The Employer’s Representative will issue, prior to the issuance of the Letter to Proceed, a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Manual which will detail the minimum level of resting and control to be exercised for ensuring the quality of the completed works. The minimum measures taken by the Contractor shall be as per the QA/QC Manual and these specifications but not limited to it. All other measures that the Contractor may feel necessary he may add with the approval of the Employer’s Representative or as may be directed by the Employer’s Representative shall also be implemented. Project Work Schedule. Within the first 30 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed the Contractor shall submit his proposed work schedule to complete all of the required items of work within the time frame as set forth in the Time of Completion. Adequate time shall be allocated for testing, the Trial Runs and other pre- commissioning activities, including training of the Employer’s Staff. The Project Work Schedule shall be prepared in graphical form in the critical path method (CPM) or the program evaluation and review technique (PERT) format using an industry accepted project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project. The critical path items and their flow path to the completion of the work shall be identified. The Contractor shall update this Project Work Schedule monthly, reporting progress through a set date such as the last workday of the month or the last Saturday of the month. The update Project Work Schedule shall be submitted to the Employer’s Representative by the 7th of the following month. A brief report shall accompany this submittal highlighting the following: a. Planned work for the following month b. Items of work that fell behind the planned Schedule for the preceding month, and reasons for their delay c. Project Work Schedule. During the project initiation, Contractor and DOM will develop a mutually agreed upon work schedule including the division of responsibility between DOM’s staff and Contractor’s staff. It is understood by the parties that the project work schedule must be finalized and accepted by DOM prior to any work being performed. Once this mutually agreed upon work schedule, which will identify specific time frames and deliverable target dates for this project, has been developed, it will be incorporated into and made a part of the contract. The dates in the work schedule will define the agreed upon period of performance. The parties acknowledge that the work schedule will evolve and change from time to time upon the mutual written agreement of both parties. The parties agree that the deliverables and schedule set forth in the latest version of the work schedule will take precedence over any prior plans.
Project Work Schedule. The Contractor shall commence work within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of written Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 30 days of the signing of this contract. The Contractor shall satisfactorily complete the work within 90 calendar days of the written Notice to Proceed, time being of the essence. The Contractor shall make every effort to speed the work along by working outdoors when outdoor working conditions are favorable and by working indoors when outdoor working conditions are unfavorable. If the Contractor is unable to complete any portion of the work, in the time stated above, due to inclement weather, an extension of up to thirty (30) calendar days may be granted only in the following manner. The Contractor shall contact the Project Manager on the day they intend to claim as an extension day. Approval for an extension will be granted only when there is absolutely no work that can be done that day due to inclement weather. If there is interior work to be done, no extension will be given. If the Contractor fails to complete the work within the time stated herein, the Contractor shall be responsible for payment of any costs due to temporary relocation of the occupants such as rent and furniture storage costs. In addition, if the Contractor fails to complete the work within the time stated herein, they will be fined $100 per calendar day until such time as all work is completed and all terms of this contract have been fulfilled. The total amount of the fine and temporary relocation costs shall be withheld from final payment.

The Contractor shall contact the Project Manager on the day they intend to claim as an extension day. Project Work Schedule. The Project Work Schedule is the schedule furnished by Contractor to Client in accordance with Section IV.D of this Contract displaying the anticipated schedule for completing the Work.

  • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.

  • Work Scheduling Except at the request of an affected employee, no employee shall have the number of hours they are normally scheduled to work reduced as the result of the use of non-permanent employees such as, but not limited to: seasonal, intermittent, student interns, interns, interim, established term, or temporary employees, due to the performance of such employee’s duties by the nonpermanent employee.

In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • Contract Work Contract work means capital project work within existing plant facilities, major maintenance and/or revamp work, plant modifications and/or shutdown work, minor maintenance and/or repair work, breakdown maintenance.

  • Project Plans The Contractor: must carry out the Contractor's Activities in accordance with, and otherwise implement, the Project Plans; and for the purposes of subparagraph (i), must: prepare Project Plans based, where applicable, on the draft Project Plans lodged by the Contractor in its tender for the Contractor's Activities, and otherwise in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and submit them to the Contract Administrator so as to ensure that there is no delay or disruption to the Contractor's Activities and in any event no later than the number of days specified in the Contract Particulars after the Award Date for each Project Plan; not commence any of the Contractor's Activities to which any Project Plan applies, unless the Contract Administrator has had the number of days specified in the Contract Particulars for each Project Plan to review the Project Plan and has not rejected the Project Plan; if any Project Plan is rejected, submit an amended Project Plan to the Contract Administrator; in any event, finalise each Project Plan so as to ensure that there is no delay or disruption to the Contractor's Activities and in any event in accordance with the requirements of the Contract to the satisfaction of the Contract Administrator; after each Project Plan has been finalised: regularly review, update and amend each Project Plan in accordance with the process set out in each Project Plan (and otherwise at least on each anniversary of the Award Date); update or amend a Project Plan on request of the Contract Administrator; and continue to correct any defects in or omissions from a Project Plan (whether identified by the Contract Administrator or the Contractor), and submit an updated or amended Project Plan to the Contract Administrator, after which: the Contractor must continue to comply with the requirements of the then current Project Plan until the process in subparagraph (ii) has been completed in respect of the updated or amended Project Plan; and subsubparagraphs B - E will apply (to the extent applicable); and document and maintain detailed records of all: reviews, updates, amendments and submissions of each Project Plan; audits or other monitoring of each Project Plan; and training and awareness programs and communications provided to Contractor and subcontractor personnel in respect of each Project Plan (including each updated or amended Project Plan). The Contractor will not be relieved from compliance with any of its obligations under the Contract or otherwise at law or in equity as a result of: the implementation of, and compliance with, the requirements of any Project Plan; any direction by the Contract Administrator concerning a Project Plan or the Contractor's compliance or non-compliance with a Project Plan; any audit or other monitoring by the Contract Administrator or anyone else acting on behalf of the Commonwealth of the Contractor's compliance with a Project Plan; or any failure by the Contract Administrator, or anyone else acting on behalf of the Commonwealth, to detect any defect in or omission from a Project Plan including where any such failure arises from any negligence on the part of the Contract Administrator or other person.

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.
