Job Related Equipment. The Company will provide all necessary safety protective clothing, equipment and materials for use on specific work tasks as follows: • Factor 30+ protective sunscreen; • Hearing protection e.g., ear plugs/muffs; • Eye protection, including, as approved by the Company, prescription safety glasses or safety glasses that fit over prescription glasses, that meets Australian Standard; • Safety gloves, that meets Australian Standard; • Safety boots (replaced as a result of fair wear and tear); • Gumboots; (as required) • Dust masks; • Wet weather jacket; (as required) • Safety vests; • Long trousers; • Long Sleeve shirt; • Task specific PPE may include items like P2 respirators and air fed helmets for high risk works, the company will consult with employees during the development of task specific risk assessments.

  • Stored equipment We accept no responsibility for any stored equipment or other property brought on to or left at the premises, and all liability for loss or damage is hereby excluded. All equipment and other property (other than stored equipment) must be removed at the end of each hiring or we will charge fees each day or part of a day at the hire fee per hiring until the same is removed. We may, in our discretion, dispose of any items referred to below by sale or otherwise on such terms and conditions as we think fit, and charge you any costs we incur in storing and selling or otherwise disposing of the same, in any of the following circumstances:

  • Purchased Equipment 1. Any asset with an acquisition cost in excess of $5,000 must be capitalized. PROVIDER shall make requests for any exceptions to this policy in writing to the Fiscal and Management Services Administrator for COUNTY. These requests shall be made prior to the purchase of any such asset.

  • Customer-Provided Equipment Comcast shall have no obligation to install, operate, or maintain Customer-Provided Equipment. Customer alone shall be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, operation and replacement of all inside telephone wiring and equipment and facilities on the Customer’s side of the cable modem, route and/or coaxial input connection. All Customer-Provided Equipment and wiring that Customer uses in connection with the Services must be fully compatible with the Services. Customer shall be responsible for the payment of all charges for troubleshooting, maintenance or repairs attempted or performed by Comcast’s employees or authorized contractors when the difficulty or trouble report results from Customer-Provided Equipment.

  • Required Equipment Employees are expected to be at their individual work stations with required equipment in operable condition at the scheduled shift starting time.

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.

  • PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT The Service Provider represents that it has secured or will secure, at its own expense, all personnel and equipment necessary to perform the services of this contract; none of whom shall be employees of, nor have any contractual relationship with the District. All of the services required hereunder will be performed by the Service Provider under its supervision, and all personnel engaged in the work shall be fully qualified and shall be authorized or permitted under law to perform such services.

  • Supplies and Equipment The Union and employees will not use state-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct union business or representational activities. Members are responsible for reporting unsafe conditions or practices, for avoiding negligence, and for properly using and caring for tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment provided by the City.
