L E T T E R O F A G R E E M E N T. 3 THE PURPOSE OF THIS LETTER OF AGREEMENT IS TO SET FORTH THE 4 FOLLOWING AGREEMENT(S) BETWEEN BREMERTON PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION 5 ASSOCIATION (BPEA) AND THE BREMERTON SCHOOL DISTRICT #100-C. THIS 6 AGREEMENT IS ENTERED INTO PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XIX, SECTION 19.2 OF THE 7 CURRENT COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT. 8 10 The parties agree that: 12 When the following employee is employed as a secondary paraeducator, who is regularly assigned to 13 students that exhibit aggressive/combative behaviors, he will be eligible to receive an additional 14 seventy ($.70) per hour. THIS AGREEMENT IS ENTERED INTO 7 PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XIX, SECTION 19.2 OF THE CURRENT COLLECTIVE BARGAINING 8 AGREEMENT. 9 10 The parties agree to the following: 12 In order to receive the continuing education premium outlined in the CBA in Section 18.10, the 13 employees would need to submit their official transcripts to Human Resources by the first of the month 14 to receive payment for it beginning on that month's pay period (i.e. September 1 to be paid on 15 September ' s paycheck etc.).

L E T T E R O F A G R E E M E N T. 3 THIS LETTER OF AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT BETWEEN PUBLIC 4 SCHOOL EMPLOYEES OF WASHINGTON/SEIU LOCAL 1948, PASCO CHAPTER (ALL UNITS) AND 5 THE PASCO SCHOOL DISTRICT #1 PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 21.3 OF THE CURRENT 6 COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT. 7 8 The parties agree to the following for vaccinated employees: 9 • Vaccinated employees will provide proof of vaccine/booster, the employer will record 10 acknowledgement of vaccine/booster in a file separate from their personnel file. Vaccine 11 documentation will be uploaded temporarily to a secure server and will be deleted after thirty 12 (30) days. 13 14 • Employees are strongly encouraged to schedule a vaccination appointment outside of their 16 will be released from work for up to one (1) hour of paid time per appointment (maximum of 17 two (2) hours).
