Leave Eligibility Clause Samples
The Leave Eligibility clause defines the criteria and conditions under which employees are entitled to take various types of leave, such as annual, sick, or parental leave. It typically outlines factors like minimum service periods, employment status (full-time or part-time), and any documentation required to qualify for leave. By clearly specifying who qualifies for leave and under what circumstances, this clause ensures fairness and transparency in the administration of employee leave, helping to prevent misunderstandings and disputes.
