Line Construction. 1. The Company will construct as many Regular lines as practicable, taking into consideration the recommendations of the Union Scheduling Committee Chair and giving consideration to operational issues and overall cost.

All other bid lines will be constructed not to exceed ninety-seven hours (97:00). Flight attendants who are awarded any line with less than seventy hours (70:00) original flight time line projection will be pay protected up to seventy hours (70:00).

Each Company agrees severally to procure in its own name all necessary right of way for, and itself to construct, operate and maintain the portion of the 345 KV transmission line which it is to own. Line Construction. Agreement If the majority of employees in a headquarters (75%) elect, 4-10's shall be allowed, provided the Employer and/or the customer agrees. If 4-10's are required by the customer, it shall be allowed without further approval process. Overtime shall be paid as per Section 4.10. Four-tens shall be limited to Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. If the crew desires to make up missed days due to inclement weather or holidays, and the Employer agrees, they will be allowed to do so within the five (5) days of Monday through Friday. Line Construction. The process of building Trip Pairings, Reserve Days, Days Off, Known Absences, and Pre-Awarded Assignments (e.g., Training) into a Flight Attendant’s Schedule. 105. Line Holder – A Flight Attendant who is awarded a Hard Line or a Composite Line. 106. Line Flight Attendant – A Flight Attendant who is not a Management Flight Attendant, as described in the Agreement, and who is covered by the Agreement.
