Loaner Equipment. If (i) Products will be removed from a Facility for a period in excess of ( ) [hours/days] to perform necessary repairs, service and/or maintenance, or (ii) Products will not be useable by a Facility for a period of greater than _ ( ) [hours/days] due to Company performing any necessary repairs, service and/or maintenance, then Company will, at no additional charge to Saint Luke’s or the Facility, loan the Facility a Product (being the same Product being serviced, herein the “Loaner Product”) for use by the Facility. The Loaner Product shall be provided at the commencement of the service described herein, and shall be retained and used by the Facility until the Product being serviced is returned to the Facility and is fully operational (the “Service Period”). All of the Product representations and warranties herein, and obligations of Company herein, shall apply to the Loaner Product. Company shall be responsible for provision of the Loaner Product to the Facility at the commencement of the Service Period and shall promptly retrieve the Loaner Product at the end of the Service Period; a Facility may not, and will cease all use of a Loaner Product, upon conclusion of the Service Period. Company is responsible for all costs of shipment and transport of the Loaner Product to and from the Facility.

Loaner Equipment. At Purchasers request loaner equipment will be provided at no charge for any repairs required during the first year and during any extended warranty period. Loaner equipment does not have to be the same model, but must perform the same functions as the equipment being repaired. Loaner Equipment. If any Device is inoperable for two (2) Business Days, due to Equipment malfunction, as reasonably determined by Awarded Vendor, then Awarded Vendor shall provide the Purchasing Entity with: 1) A new Device; 2) A loaner Device of similar speed and capabilities until such time as the inoperable Device(s) are now operable; or 3) At the discretion of the Participating State or Entity, provide the Purchasing Entity with off-site manned production capabilities, at the sole cost to the Awarded Vendor, to accomplish the work of the Device that is inoperable.
Loaner Equipment. CTintegrators maintains emergency replacement parts and backup Phone systems for most models we support. As part of this agreement, should your phone system fail and CTI is unable to make effective repairs, CTI will provide a similar backup system and transfer existing data to the loaner equipment if possible and available.

Loaner Equipment. If the Performance Service Contract includes a loaner, and the needed repair is a covered repair under the Performance Service Contract (see exclusions in Paragraph 11) and the estimated time to repair the Covered Equipment is more than twenty-four (24) hours, upon the Buyer’s request and for the Buyer’s pick-up, Xxx’x shall provide the Buyer with loaner equipment. The effective period of this Performance Service Contract shall not be extended during the time that Covered Equipment is in for repair/service. For Covered televisions, the loaner equipment provided by Xxx’x will not exceed a 27” television screen. For Covered Equipment that qualifies for on-site service, Buyer must still obtain loaner from one of Xxx’x store location. The Buyer is required to take Covered Equipment into one of Fry’s service departments to process for service, and if covered, present a valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit card, or Fry’s Card, for an imprint to be made in order to post security for return of the loaner equipment. If Covered Equipment is not processed through one of Xxx’x service departments, the Buyer will not be issued a loaner. No loaner will be issued to Buyer if Xxxxx’s physical address is outside the state of the Fry’s store location.
