Local/Regional Coordinating Teams. 389 390 The regional offices of OSMRE and the Service will establish, as appropriate, coordinating teams. These 391 teams will be comprised of OSMRE and Service staff. In addition, representatives from other 392 appropriate entities, including, but not limited to, State RAs, Tribes, State Natural Resource Agencies, 393 other Federal agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Forest Service, the Environmental 394 Protection Agency, and non-Federal stakeholders whose actions and interests may impact the 395 SMCRA/ESA issues may be invited to participate. The local/regional coordinating teams are intended to 396 xxxxxx early and recurring cooperation on various activities related to the SMCRA and the ESA.   • Regional cooperation In order to make the most of this Agreement, the Parties shall xxxxxx all activities which have a regional impact or involve third countries, notably:

  • Central Negotiating Team In central bargaining between the Ontario Nurses' Association and the Participating Hospitals, a nurse serving on the Union's Central Negotiating Team shall be paid for time lost from the nurse's regularly scheduled straight time working hours at her or his regular rate of pay, and without loss of leave credits, for attending central negotiating meetings with the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee up to, but not including, arbitration. Central Negotiating Team members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of preparation for negotiations. The Union will advise the Hospitals concerned, as far in advance as possible, of the dates for which leave is being requested. Upon reference to arbitration, the Central Negotiating Team members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of attending arbitration hearings.

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators.   • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification.
