Meal and rest periods on the night extended shift will be three (3) thirty (30) minute break periods. Forty-five (45) minutes of those lunch and rest periods will be with pay and forty-five (45) minutes will be without pay, except where the parties agree to a paid lunch period in addition to the paid rest periods.

  • Rest and Meal Periods (a) There shall be a 15 minute rest period in each half of any full shift. Employees working less than a full shift, but a minimum of four hours, will receive one 15 minute paid rest period.
