Manufacturer Qualifications. A firm experienced in manufacturing products or systems similar to those indicated for this Project and with a record of successful in-service performance, as well as sufficient production capacity to produce required units.
Manufacturer Qualifications. Company specializing in manufacturing the type of products specified in this section, with minimum three years of experience.
Manufacturer Qualifications. A firm experienced in manufacturing ready-mixed concrete products and that complies with ASTM C 94/C 94M requirements for production facilities and equipment.
1. Only concrete obtained from PennDOT approved/certified batch plant shall be used in conjunction with this project.
Manufacturer Qualifications. Company specializing in engineering and manufacturing canopies with a minimum documented experience of ten (10) years and with a quality assurance program utilizing a quality inspection for each system.
Manufacturer Qualifications. An approved manufacturer, FM Global approved for roofing systems comparable to that specified for this Project, with minimum five years' experience in manufacture of thermoplastic roof membrane products in successful use in similar applications.
1. Approval of Comparable Products: Submit the following in accordance with project substitution requirements prior to close of bid:
a. Product data, including certified independent test data indicating compliance with requirements.
b. Samples of each component.
c. Sample submittal from similar project.
Manufacturer Qualifications. 1. Acceptable manufacturer for Extruded Aluminum Walkway Covers & Canopies: Subject to strict compliance with the specified requirements and the plans, the following manufacturer is acceptable: Provision, fabrication and installation of Extruded Aluminum Walkway Covers & Canopies, as shown on drawings and specified herein, and as needed for a complete and proper installation.
Manufacturer Qualifications. Employs factory-trained personnel who are available for consultation and Project-site inspection.
1. Minimum 5 years of producing MVE-control systems and products.
2. Minimum 5 years of product application experience.
3. Employs factory-trained representatives who are available for consultation and Project-site inspection.
4. Warranty program covering costs associated with repair or replacement of MVE-control system and floor coverings or coatings, including repair or replacement labor, non pro-rated.
5. Warranty program covering costs for both system materials and system installation for prescribed MVE-control system.
Manufacturer Qualifications. Manufacturers are acceptable providing they meet the requirements specified in this section and project drawings. Ensure manufacturer is capable of providing field service representation during construction, approving acceptable installer and approving application method.
Manufacturer Qualifications. Provide each sectional overhead door as a complete unit produced by a single manufacturer, including frames, sections, brackets, guides, tracks, counterbalance mechanisms, hardware, operators, and installation accessories.
Manufacturer Qualifications a. To ensure manufacturing quality of the cabinet the manufacturer shall be certified in the IPC “Class 2” training for all manufacturing staff. Proof of this or equivalent certification shall be submitted with the bid package to be considered responsive.
