Meeting with Supervisor. The aggrieved employee(s) shall first take up the matter with the immediate supervisor or such other supervisor who is directly responsible for the decision giving rise to the grievance within fifteen (15) working days of the date on which the incidence giving rise to the grievance occurred or of the date when the employee first became aware of the incident, whichever is later. The purpose of the meeting shall be to review the circumstances giving rise to the incident, and to determine whether the matter can be satisfactorily resolved without recourse to the formal grievance procedure. At the option of the aggrieved employee(s) a Shop Xxxxxxx or Union representative may be present at the meeting.
Meeting with Supervisor. (1) An employee with a complaint shall raise it with their immediate Supervisor or the Supervisor who is directly responsible for the decision giving rise to the complaint. This will be done by the employee or Union Representative notifying the Supervisor within twenty-one (21) calendar days of the incident giving rise to the complaint, or of the date when the employee first became aware of the incident, whichever is later.
(2) A meeting shall be held within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date on which the Supervisor is advised of the complaint. If this is not possible, the complaint may be referred to Step 1 of the formal grievance procedure. The purpose of this meeting is to review the circumstances giving rise to the incident, and to determine whether the complaint can be satisfactorily resolved without using the formal grievance procedure. At the option of the employee, a Union Representative may be present at the meeting.
(3) If the employee is not satisfied with the Supervisor’s response or if the Supervisor does not respond within seven (7) calendar days of the meeting, the Union Representative may choose to advance the complaint to Step 1 of the formal grievance procedure.
Meeting with Supervisor. (1) An employee with a complaint shall raise it with their immediate non-bargaining unit Supervisor. This will be done by the employee or Union Representative notifying the Supervisor within fourteen (14) calendar days of the incident giving rise to the complaint.
(2) A meeting shall be held within ten (10) calendar days of the date on which the Supervisor is advised of the complaint. The purpose of this meeting is to review the circumstances giving rise to the incident, and to determine whether the complaint can be satisfactorily resolved without using the formal grievance procedure. At the option of the employee, a Union Representative may be present at the meeting.
(3) If the employee is not satisfied with the Supervisor’s response or if the Supervisor does not respond within seven (7) calendar days of the meeting, the Union Representative may choose to advance the complaint to Step 1 of the formal grievance procedure.
Meeting with Supervisor. As a preliminary step, the employee shall first confer with his/her supervisor. No grievance shall be processed unless this meeting has occurred.
Meeting with Supervisor. Prior to serving formal charges on a permanent employee, the District shall provide the employee with the opportunity to meet with the Assistant Superintendent or designee to discuss the specific disciplinary action under consideration. The employee shall have the right to have one (1) representative of their choice present from the bargaining unit. at this meeting, along with a CSEA Labor Relations Representative.
Meeting with Supervisor. As a preliminary step, the employee shall first confer with his/her supervisor. No grievance shall be processed unless this meeting has occurred. This preliminary step shall not apply to ACMEA Grievances under Subsection H.
Meeting with Supervisor. When there is a grievance, the grievor shall confer with his immediate supervisor within five (5) calendar days of an alleged violation of this Agreement or the date that the grievor ought reasonably to have known of such alleged violation. The supervisor will render his decision verbally within five (5) calendar days.

Meeting with Supervisor. The employee shall have the right to request a meeting with the supervisor and/or file a grievance with reference to the evaluation. Unless the evaluation results in disciplinary action, said grievance shall not conclude in binding arbitration. Any such grievance shall conclude at Level Three of the Grievance Procedure and the decision of the Superintendent of Schools shall be final.
Meeting with Supervisor. Within 10 working days (i.e., Monday through Friday) of receiving the challenged discipline, the aggrieved employee shall provide his or her supervisor a written request to meet and discuss the challenged discipline. The aggrieved and his or her supervisor shall schedule an informal problem solving meeting to occur as soon as possible, but no later than 10 working days from receipt of the request to meet.. The employee may, but need not, elect to bring a coworker or the shop xxxxxxx or other union representative. The employee also may elect to have the program director or a human resources representative present. Supervisors and employees are expected to approach such discussions with an open mind and a desire to resolve employee concerns fairly and as quickly as possible. Within 10 working days of the meeting, the supervisor shall provide a written response to the grievance.
