MEMBERSHIP PAYROLL DEDUCTION. Any unit member who is a member of the Association, or who has applied for membership, must sign and deliver to the Association an application authorizing deduction of unified membership dues and assessments of the Association from the unit members pay. Pursuant to such authorization, the District shall deduct dues from the regular salary pay warrant of the unit member each month in accordance with the dues structure of the Association. Such deduction shall be made only upon notification from the Association to the designated representative of the District. The Association shall provide written notification to the District of any unit member who is a member of CSEA and its Chapter 203, or who has applied for membership, and who has authorized deduction of unified membership dues, initiation fees and general assessments in the Association.

MEMBERSHIP PAYROLL DEDUCTION. Section 1- The Employer agrees to deduct Union initiation fees and membership dues each month from the wages of those employees in the Union, who hereafter, voluntarily and in writing, authorize the Employer to make such deduction on the form provided by the Union. A copy of the signed deduction form shall be made available for the Employer to process. The Employer will accommodate deductions for credit union savings, if the employees desire a credit union. The amounts withheld will be transmitted to the Union on a payroll period basis by electronic fund transfer along with an electronic spreadsheet (non-pdf) list of the employee by name, pay period end date, and amount contributed.
MEMBERSHIP PAYROLL DEDUCTION. 3.1 All LPNs who are now members of the Union in good standing and all LPNs who voluntarily become members hereafter shall maintain their membership in the Union for the duration of the Agreement, by paying the periodic dues uniformly required as a condition of Union membership.

  • Payroll Deduction 27. The Union shall provide the Employee Relations Director and the City Controller with a current statement of membership fees. Such statement of membership fees shall be amended as necessary. The Controller may take up to thirty (30) days to implement such changes.   • Other Payroll Deductions In addition to the above, the City will deduct from an employee's payroll check, upon authorization by the employee, amounts payable to causes or organizations selected by the Union.   • PAYROLL DEDUCTION OF UNION DUES A. Provision shall be made by the District for payroll deductions of employee organization dues and assessments of all members upon written authorization by the employee Union member on an official form. Employees shall authorize dues deduction in accordance with Chapter 41.56.110 RCW when they become Union members. An employee may cancel their payroll deduction of dues and assessments by written notice to the Union and to the District, with the District stopping dues deductions following written confirmation from the Union that the employee’s dues/fees authorization has been terminated in compliance with the terms of the written authorization executed by the employee. The District will make every effort to end the automatic dues deduction effective on the first pay period but no later than the second pay period after receipt of the written cancellation notice from the employee and confirmation from the Union that the cancellation notice is compliant with the terms of the written authorization.

  • DUES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS 2.4.1 Payroll deductions for membership dues in the Union shall be provided by the District for members who sign and deliver to the Payroll Office the appropriate form authorizing such deductions.

For Dues paying members, The District shall deduct one-twelfth (1/12) of dues and representation fee from the regular salary check of the unit member each month for twelve (12) months. Deductions for unit members who begin paid service after the commencement of the school year shall be prorated based on percentage of employment. Unit members serving one-half time paid service or less shall pay one-half of the dues and representation fee.

  • Payroll Period The payroll period will begin on Saturday at 12:00:01 a.m. and end fourteen calendar days later on Friday at 11:59:59 p.m.
