Mentor Allowance. A mentor is an employee who agrees to be appointed in such a role by Xxxxxxxx, and who has completed the required training, to support and guide new employees at Warrigal. An employee who is appointed as a mentor will be paid the allowance in Schedule A, Table 2 Allowances when mentoring new staff. Employees who do not qualify for the mentor allowance above will not be required or expected to mentor staff.
Mentor Allowance. A Mentor Allowance is paid when an Employee who is appointed as a mentor is rostered or directed by Trident to provide support, guidance and direction to another Employee. Per shift $30.00 Motor Allowance A Motor Vehicle Allowance is paid when an Employee is required to use their own motor vehicle for employment related use. Per kilometre $1.08
Mentor Allowance. A Mentor Allowance is paid when an Employee who is appointed as a mentor is rostered or directed by Trident to provide support, guidance and direction to another Employee. Per shift $34.03
Mentor Allowance. (1) An Employee shall be paid a mentor allowance as set out in Appendix 1 for each hour of work in which they act as a mentor driver to a new Employee.
Mentor Allowance. 24.1 Pacific National may require a qualified Employee to act in the capacity of a Mentor to deliver specific training for new and existing Employees. Where Pacific National nominates and requires an employee to perform the duties of a Mentor for the duration of a shift (including, but not limited to completing Assessments, Verification of Competencies or delivering specific training), they will receive a gross allowance per shift as set out in Schedule 1.
Mentor Allowance. 27.2.1 Mentor Drivers are are those employees who have been selected to provide mentoring for trainee drivers.
27.2.2 Mentor Drivers shall be appointed to work with their designated trainee, so as to provide the trainee with mentoring and training.
27.2.3 Mentor Drivers will be paid an allowance of $60.00 per shift for the duration of the time they are rostered to work with their trainee driver (“the mentoring arrangement”). This allowance will continue to be paid until such time as the trainee driver ceases to require the training of a Mentor Driver.
27.2.4 Where Mentor Drivers are required, the Company will call for expressions of interest from Qualified Train Drivers. The selection of Mentor Drivers from the expressions of interest will be at the discretion of the Company.
27.2.5 If following the selection process there is an insufficient number of Mentor Drivers, the Company may select additional Qualified Train Drivers to become Mentor Drivers. This decision will be made based on business requirements and employees will not be unreasonably directed to become a Mentor Driver.
27.2.6 The Company or the Mentor Drivers may request that the Mentor Driver is rostered for upskilling at any time.
27.2.7 The Company and the Mentor Driver may agree to end the mentoring arrangement at any time during the duration of the arrangement.
27.2.8 The Company or Mentor Driver, can with written and reasonable reason, unilaterally end the mentoring arrangement during the duration of the arrangement.
Mentor Allowance a) A Mentor Allowance of $2.50 per hour shall be paid to all ESTA accredited Mentors while they are performing their mentoring duties.
b) The allowance will be increased as follows: 1 July 2010 - $2.60 1 July 2011 - $2.65
Mentor Allowance. A Mentor shall be entitled to an additional allowance of $30 per day if the Mentor has one Trainee or $50 per day if the Mentor has two Trainees in his or her van.
