Method of Assignment. Any assignment or transfer of any portion or all of this Warrant shall be made by surrender of this Warrant to the Company at its principal office with the form of assignment attached hereto duly executed and accompanied by funds sufficient to pay any transfer tax. In such event, the Company shall, without charge, execute and deliver a new Warrant in the name of the assignee named in such instrument of assignment and this Warrant shall promptly be canceled.
Method of Assignment. The method of assignment of extra duty will be established by the building administrator or athletic director.
Method of Assignment. Method of Assignment. (a) Each Assignment made pursuant to this Master Agreement shall be made by the Assignor to the Assignees by remittance of an Assignment Form to the Security Agent on each date of Assignment in accordance with Clause 3.2 (Date of Assignment). Each Assignment Form shall (i) list and clearly identify the relevant Assigned Receivables and incorporate all of the specific requirements of the Law and all regulations in force relating thereto, (ii) be signed by a legally authorised representative of the Assignor and (iii) set out the Assignees as beneficiaries and set out the respective proportion of the benefit taken by each Assignee.
(b) The Security Agent shall, on its reasonable judgement or after consultation of the Assignees, be entitled to reject any Assignment Form to the extent that such Assignment Form does not comply with the provisions of this Master Agreement or the Law. Immediately upon notice thereof by the Security Agent to the Assignor, the Assignor undertakes to replace the relevant Assignment Form by delivery of a new Assignment Form, which shall be acceptable to the Security Agent, acting reasonably, after consultation of the Assignees.
(c) Where any new Assignment Form (the “New Assignment Form”) delivered by the Assignor relates to Receivables which have already been assigned (the “Re-assigned Receivables”) under any Assignment Form previously delivered by that Assignor (i) the Re-assigned Receivables shall not be deemed assigned under any New Assignment Form and shall not be included in the scope of any new Assignment granted by virtue of the New Assignment Form with respect to any outstanding Drawings of the Assignor already secured by such Re-assigned Receivables but (ii) provided any Drawing to which were previously assigned the Re-assigned Receivables is no longer outstanding, the Re-assigned Receivables shall be deemed assigned under the relevant New Assignment Form and shall be included in the scope of any new Assignment granted by virtue of the New Assignment Form with respect to any new Drawings of the Assignor.
Method of Assignment. 1. The Field Trip Assignment Sheet is a seniority listing of drivers/transportation assistants willing and eligible to accept field trips. The most senior driver/transportation assistant is offered the first pre-numbered field trip in the file. The second most senior driver/transportation assistant is offered the next field trip and so on down the seniority list on a rotating basis. Make-ups and unfilled CTD’s will be assigned the next available trip which may alter the rotation sequence.

3. Any unclear situations involving field trip assignments shall be directed to the Transportation Supervisor/Designee and/or Field Trip Committee.
Method of Assignment. The Excel year begins January 1 and runs through December 31. Time balances in the system shall be reset to zero (0) hours and returned to seniority order on January 1 of each year.
Method of Assignment. When there is a vacant position which constitutes a preferred assignment for the purpose of this article, the position shall be filled in accordance with article 13 as provided for Group 1, except in cases provided for under clause 13.20.

Method of Assignment. The Department Manager shall make assignments for City Issued Mobile Communication Devices with City Manager approval. During the term of this MOU, the following job classifications are required to carry a City Issued Mobile Communication Device: • Cable Access Coordinator • Water Pollution Control Plant Supervisor If a Department Manager and/or the City determines that it is necessary to identify additional classifications other than those listed above to carry a City Issued Mobile Communication Device, the City will “meet and confer” with AFSCME Local 512 representatives prior to implementation with the exception of a temporary emergency situation.
Method of Assignment. FOR OVERTIME TO MEET SERVICE NEEDS NOT COVERED BY SPECIAL EVENT OR EMPHASIS PATROL STAFFING PROCESSES
A. For overtime to meet service needs not covered by special event or emphasis patrol staffing processes, as defined in Section I. C.3 above, SPD shall seek volunteers at supervisor discretion, generally first within the district and generally by extension of a shift. The Department shall seek volunteers through the use of an all hands email and/or by contacting employees over the radio.
