Seniority Listing. 1. The District shall supply the Union with a current listing of all employees covered by this Agreement in an editable electronic Excel format, which shall be: a. Listed by job classification and job title; b. Updated as of June and December of each year; and, c. Shall include and be sorted by: i. Starting date in current job title; ii. Starting date in current job classification; iii. Starting date in District service; iv. Employee’s name; d. Starting dates will be adjusted for interrupted service. 2. The District will supply the Union with all revisions of this listing.
Seniority Listing. There shall be two seniority lists encompassing bargaining unit personnel, one for competitive class employees, and one for non-competitive class employees. The Human Resource Office shall provide the local Union secretary with a current seniority listing of all unit employees on an annual basis, which shall include names, date of hire, home addresses, departments, status (competitive/non-competitive) and position titles.
Seniority ListingThe Employer shall prepare a seniority list of employees and a copy shall be furnished to the Association upon the signing of this Agreement. Unless an objection in writing is made to such seniority list within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of the list, it shall be deemed correct. The seniority list shall be reviewed every six (6) months thereafter or as often as necessary and copies furnished to the Association. Unless written objection is made to any such revision of the seniority list within ten (10) calendar days after the furnishing of a copy to the Association, it shall be deemed correct.

Employees who have the same starting date shall have their seniority status determined by City service examination grade. If the grades are not determinative, seniority shall be determined by lot. c. Seniority Listing. Each twelve (12) months, the Company shall prepare and post a full time seniority list and a part time seniority list by region and by department of operation. A copy of such list shall be provided to the President of the Association.
Seniority ListingA list of the associates arranged in the order of their unit wide and department seniority shall be posted and kept up in a conspicuous place in the establishment every three months. A copy will also be sent to the Union office. Associates not in the bargaining unit including casual, on-call and temporary associates, are not to be placed on the list
Seniority Listing. Solely for informational purposes, on or before November 1, 2017, the District shall create a Seniority List of Professional Employees with the District. A copy such Seniority List will be forwarded to the Association’s President. Should any Professional Employee have any objection to their individual placement on the Seniority Listing, such shall be brought to the attention of the Association President, in writing, within a period of twenty-one (21) working days. At the conclusion of the twenty-one (21) working days, the Association President shall take all received challenges, if any, to the District’s Office for review and consideration of edits. A final Seniority Listing shall be developed subsequent to any corrections to the original Seniority Listing. From the date of finalization of the Seniority Listing completed through the process detailed herein, any subsequent additions or modifications to the Seniority Listing associated with personnel changes at the District shall be the responsibility of the Association. If the Association desires to re-issue a Seniority Listing or maintain a Seniority Listing in subsequent months or years is solely a determination to be made by the Association. Solely for the purposes of this Listing, Date of Employment shall be defined as the first day, the Professional Employee reported to work for pay in a Certificated Position with the District. Solely for the purposes of this Listing, Districtwide Seniority shall be defined as the length of continuous service with the District in any Certificated Position (administrative or teaching). A District-approved Leave of Absence does not exceed one (1) school year.
