Minimum Pay Allowance. (a) An employee who is not notified in advance that their scheduled shift has been canceled due to unforeseen reason(s) and in fact reports to work, will receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the ADJUSTED RATE plus applicable NIGHT WORK and 7-DAY COVERAGE BONUSES, except when a Holiday, recognized in accordance with ARTICLE 13-HOLIDAYS, is observed or Saturday or Sunday or Day in Lieu of Saturday or Sunday, when such minimum hours shall be paid at the applicable overtime rate or the actual hours worked, whichever is greater and subject to overtime.

Minimum Pay Allowance. 1. When an employee is required to report to duty outside of his/her standard daily work schedule and such recall requires him/her to make extra trips to and from home to his/her place of duty, he/she shall be given a minimum of three (3) hours work or pay in lieu of work at the applicable rate for each such occurrence.
Minimum Pay Allowance. A minimum pay allowance will be paid for a call out, including such travel time as is allowed, as follows:
Minimum Pay Allowance. A) An employee who reports at a designated starting time for scheduled work not involving a called-in emergency and who has not been given at least ten (10) hours' advance notice not to report shall be given at least two (2) hours' work or paid a minimum of two hours at adjusted rate plus applicable night work and 7-day coverage bonuses, except on a day on which a holiday recognized in accordance with Article 14, Holidays, is observed, or Saturday or Sunday (or day in lieu of Saturday or Sunday) when such minimum hours shall be paid at the applicable overtime rate.
Minimum Pay Allowance. All employees scheduled for work and who report for any such scheduled work, unless notified twelve (12) hours in advance not to work, shall receive not less than four (4) hours pay at base rate or four (4) hours work. It shall be the responsibility of the Company to decide whether to provide work or pay for four (4) hours at base rate. This provision shall apply in all cases except where the Company is unable to provide work due to conditions beyond its control. In cases where the Company is unable to provide work due to conditions beyond its control, the following provision shall apply for those employees scheduled for work and who report for such scheduled work: If the employee works more than thirty (30) minutes but less than one (1) hour he/she shall receive a minimum of one (1) hours' pay at base rate. If the employee works more than one (1) hour but less than two (2) hours he/she shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours' pay at base rate.

  • Minimum Payments If the Executive’s Termination Date occurs during the Agreement Term for any reason, the Executive shall be entitled to the following payments, in addition to any payments or benefits to which the Executive may be entitled under the following provisions of this Section 5 (other than this paragraph 5(a)) or the express terms of any employee benefit plan or as required by law:

  • Over-Allowance Amount On the Cost Proposal Delivery Date and, in any event, prior to the commencement of the construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord cash in an amount (the “Over-Allowance Amount”) equal to the difference between (i) the amount of the Cost Proposal and (ii) the amount of the Tenant Improvement Allowance (less any portion thereof already disbursed by Landlord, or in the process of being disbursed by Landlord, on or before the Cost Proposal Delivery Date). The Over-Allowance Amount shall be disbursed by Landlord prior to the disbursement of any then remaining portion of the Tenant Improvement Allowance, and such disbursement shall be pursuant to the same procedure as the Tenant Improvement Allowance. If, after the Cost Proposal Date, any revisions, changes, or substitutions shall be made to the Construction Drawings or the Tenant Improvements as a result of requests made by Tenant or as otherwise specified in Section 5.01(h) below, any additional costs which arise in connection with such revisions, changes or substitutions shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord immediately upon Landlord’s request as an addition to the Over-Allowance Amount and, in any event, prior to the commencement of the construction of the revisions, changes or substitutions. Promptly following completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements and payment of all costs incurred in connection therewith, Landlord shall prepare and deliver to Tenant a reasonably detailed reconciliation of (i) the total cost of the Tenant Improvements, including all Tenant Improvement Allowance Items, and (ii) the total amount of the Tenant Improvement Allowance and the Over-Allowance Amount payments previously made by Tenant pursuant to the foregoing provisions of this Section. To the extent that such reconciliation discloses that the total costs of the Tenant Improvements exceeds the amount of the Tenant Improvement Allowance plus all Over-Allowance Amount previously paid by Tenant, Tenant shall pay the amount of such shortfall to Landlord within thirty (30) days after receipt of such reconciliation. To the extent that such reconciliation discloses that the total costs of the Tenant Improvements is less than the amount of the Tenant Improvement Allowance plus all Over-Allowance Amounts previously paid by Tenant, Landlord shall pay the amount of such overage to Tenant at the time that Landlord delivers such reconciliation to Tenant.

  • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Moving Allowance (a) When an employee is displaced under the provisions of this Title because of lack of work at his/her headquarters, and the employee’s new headquarters is beyond commutable distance from his/her residence, Company shall reimburse the employee for the reasonable costs incurred in connection with moving his/her household in a sum not to exceed $2,400. (Amended 1-1-94)

  • Relocation Allowance An employee who is promoted and required by agency policy to relocate his residence shall be granted time off with pay for one workday for this purpose. In addition, the employee shall be granted travel time to the new location based on the most direct route. No employee will be credited with more than the number of hours in the employee’s regular workday and such time shall not be counted as hours worked for the purpose of computing compensatory time or overtime.
