Minor Maintenance. It is agreed that Operating Department personnel will perform minor maintenance functions. Minor maintenance functions shall be similar in scope but not limited to the following examples:
1. Tightening loose mechanical connections.
2. Tightening leaking packing.
3. Changing instrument charts.
4. Tightening piping fittings to stop minor leaks.
5. Changing light bulbs.
6. Hooking up loading and unloading lines.
Minor Maintenance. Employees covered by this agreement are to assist other employees of the Company engaged, under different awards and/or in other forms of work, with the performance of minor maintenance, as required. Certified trades persons will be used to cover repairs and maintenance requiring qualified trades persons’ skills.
Minor Maintenance. No driver shall be asked or required to service or maintain trucks or equipment. This shall not cover the driver's responsibility in checking the truck for fuel and all fluid levels to see that it is in proper operating condition, nor in driving the vehicle to the proper place of maintenance and parking. It will not be necessary for the employee to change flat tires when away from the plant but the driver may, however, be expected to make minor repairs, such as replacing bulbs, fuses, etc. either at the Plant or away from the Plant.
Minor Maintenance. For very minor items, but those that still need repair such as leaky faucets, fence repairs, garage door openers, ice makers, etc., expect a response from Management by the next business day for an estimate of time for completion which could extend up to thirty (30) days depending upon the nature of the problem and contractor schedules.
Minor Maintenance. Any minor maintenance will be performed during the lowest traffic time available, usually between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Central Time on a weekend and require less than two hours of downtime. Digital River shall provide written notification to Symantec at least 24 hours in advance of such maintenance.
Minor Maintenance. This Agreement provides for minor web site pages for a period of six (6) months from the completion date, up to an average of one half hour per regular web page, including updating links and making minor text changes. This shall exclude changes to blocks of text, major page reconstruction, new pages, guestbooks, discussion webs, navigation structure changes, and attempted updates by Purchaser resulting in needed repairs.

Minor Maintenance. Unless otherwise set forth below or agreed in a separate writing, the District shall be responsible for maintaining the District Property; and the NWPPRD shall be responsible for maintaining the NWPPRD Property. Maintenance will include, but is not limited to, janitorial services during regular working hours; utilities; minor (less than $5,000) maintenance repair, or replacement; and general upkeep and grounds care. The user of the facility shall have the option to perform the minor repairs at their own expense and under their applicable procedure and shall notify the owner of any repair work performed. Minor maintenance (less than $5,000) of Joint-Use Facilities shall be performed using the applicable work order procedure of party responsible for performing the maintenance. General oversight of maintenance of such Joint-Use Facilities will be the responsibility of a Joint-Use Management Committee consisting of the NWPPRD Director and/or his or her designee, and the District Director and/or his or her designee, who shall meet on a quarterly basis. For planning purposes, the District shall submit a summer schedule for maintenance items to the NWPPRD no later than October 31st of each year.

Minor Maintenance. A trip inspection shall be conducted on all commercial vehicles prior to leaving the Branch to comply with current Federal/Provincial requirements by the employee responsible for the vehicle on that shift.
