MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY. 18.1 You may be able to port a phone number you have obtained from another carrier or carriage service provider when you connect to the Service. 18.2 By processing a port request during an online or call centre activation you: (a) authorise us to sign on your behalf and in your name forms of authority to your current supplier to port your phone number to us; (b) authorise your current supplier to port your phone number to us; (c) authorise us to disclose information in the port authorisation to other suppliers in the event of dispute over porting to us; and (d) will remain responsible for all amounts owing to your current supplier for any services they supply to you. 18.3 If you have submitted a port request online or call centre, we will use all reasonable efforts to port your phone number as soon as possible, but we have no liability to you for any delays in porting. 18.4 We will not charge you a fee for porting a phone number from another carrier or carriage service provider, unless you port a mobile number to us more than once, in which case we may charge you an administration fee. 18.5 You must not cancel the service you have with the other carrier or carriage service provider before you port the phone number. We will inform the carrier or carriage service provider from which you have ported the phone number that you have ported the phone number and they will cancel the service. 18.6 You may need a new mobile phone or you may need to have your mobile phone unlocked if you are porting between different mobile networks or types of mobile networks. 18.7 You can port a phone number you have obtained from us for use with the Service to another carrier or carriage service provider. 18.8 You must not cancel the Service before you port the phone number. The carrier or carriage service provider to which you have ported the phone number will inform us that you have ported the phone number and we will then cancel the Service. 18.9 You can only port the phone number, you cannot port any Credits or value added services (e.g. voicemail). 18.10 You may only port a phone number for which you are the authorised customer. 18.11 You will need to confirm that you are the authorised customer/owner of the number being ported to us by verifying a code that we will send to that number during the activation process. MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY. 3.1 You are normally able to retain Your existing mobile number when You change mobile service providers. If You wish to retain Your existing mobile number, You acknowledge that: a. You are authorised to request the porting of the mobile number to Us; b. By porting the mobile number to Us, the mobile service and/or any related services associated with that mobile number may or may not be disconnected from Your previous mobile service provider, and may result in finalisation of the account for that service; and c. For the purposes of porting Your mobile number, call and message routing, fault management and fraud prevention, You permit Us to disclose relevant details set out above to other service providers. 3.2 Although You have the right to port the mobile number: a. There may be costs and obligations associated with Your previous mobile service and the porting of the mobile number; b. If You have an existing long term contract with Your previous mobile service provider You may be obliged to make early termination payments to that provider; c. Porting may be unsuccessful if You fail to provide full and accurate details to Us, or if You cancel Your mobile service with Your previous service provider before the port cutover date; d. If another service provider raises a proper charge with Us relating to a service it provided to You before the porting of Your mobile number to Us, We will advise You accordingly and You must pay the other supplier that amount. If You dispute the amount claimed, You must notify Us in writing. You may also be liable to pay to Us or Your previous service provider charges relating to disputes or investigations by Us or Your previous service provider arising out of the transfer of Your mobile phone service to Us; e. We will not accept any liability for any amounts owing by You to another service provider for services associated with the mobile number prior to the date on which We port Your mobile number to Us; and f. You hereby authorise Us to take all reasonable steps necessary to port Your mobile number.
MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY. Subject to clause 5, provided that your Service Number is capable of being transferred, you may transfer it from your current Supplier to us if that Service Number is declared portable under the Numbering Plan and no exemption has been granted by the ACMA.
MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY. (if applicable) 18.1 If the Subscriber has Ported the Subscriber’s Cellphone number to the Service Suppliers or Cell C, the Subscriber agrees that any services, any third party services and any service credits provided to the Subscriber by other Electronic Communications Network Provider or Electronic Communications Service Provider that the Subscriber has Ported from are not transferable to the Service Suppliers or Cell C and the Subscriber will only have access to the Services as provided for and defined in this Agreement. 18.2 The Subscriber remains liable to pay all outstanding amounts due to the other Electronic Communications Network Provider or Electronic Communications Service Provider. Cell C and the Service Suppliers are not responsible for paying any amounts to the other Electronic Communications Network Provider or Electronic Communications Service Provider. 18.3 The Subscriber remains liable to pay all amounts due to the Service Suppliers in the event that the Subscriber wants to Port the Subscriber’s Cellphone number to another Electronic Communications Network Provider or Electronic Communications Service Provider. In the event that the Subscriber Ports its Cellphone number the provisions of the Number Portability Regulations will apply.
MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY. (a) You may Port an existing mobile number from another service provider to Us where you have Rights of Use of that mobile number. (b) Porting relies on the networks of other services providers over which We have no control. If You ask Us to Port Your existing mobile number to Us, we will try to Port Your existing mobile number to Us as soon as practicable. We are not liable for any delays in the Porting process. (c) You agree that We may contact You if Your Port request has not been successfully completed. This may include notifying You of any delays in processing Your Port request or confirming Your details if Your Port request has been unsuccessful due to incorrect information. (d) If you are a Month to Month Customer, You will not be Connected and your Commitment Period will not commence until the Port of Your existing mobile number has been successfully completed. However, if Your Port request is not successful within 30 days of You providing the authority to Port, You agree that we will issue You with a new Mobile Number for Your Service. Your Service and Your Commitment Period will commence from the date we connect Your Service with either a Ported mobile number, or where that is not available a Mobile Number that We issue to You.
MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY. 7.1. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Operator shall provide the technical possibility of porting Subscriber number to/from its mobile network. 7.2. The Subscriber may port his/her Subscriber number to other mobile networks by applying in writing to the Operator office, provided the Subscriber has no debts to the Operator (including debt for Services rendered on a post-payment basis, debt for roaming services or contract phones) outstanding as of the date the Operator verifies the Subscriber’s eligibility for porting out his/her Subscriber number. 7.3. Transfer of the temporary Subscriber number given to the Subscriber for use until the number porting formalities are completed to a third party as well as transfer of its ownership is not allowed until the porting request is confirmed or ejected by the donor operator. 7.4. The Operator may reject the Subscriber's number porting request in case the postpaid Subscriber has unpaid charges for the Services, including roaming, or prepaid Subscriber has outstanding roaming charges as well as payments for contract mobile phones outstanding as of the date the Operator verifies the Subscriber’s eligibility for porting out his/her Subscriber number. 7.5. Numbers which have been suspended from the Services at the request of the law enforcement agencies and other authorized state bodies may not be ported out. 7.6. The Subscriber shall be under an obligation to repay the debt for Roaming services rendered during the period of servicing in the Operator’s network and discovered by the Operator after his/her number has been ported out within 10 (ten) business days from receipt of Operator's notice to that effect. 7.7. Any funds remaining in the Subscriber's personal account after the number has been ported out shall be returned within 30 (calendar) days from the date of registration by Operator of the Subscriber's application for refund, according to the established template, submitted to the Operator's customer service offices. 7.8. Provisions of this Article 7 of the Agreement shall apply from the date of the MNP service introduction in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

You agree and understand that you have to pay all outstanding amounts due to the other Electronic Communications Network Provider or Electronic Communications Service Provider from whose service you have Ported. Cell C and the Service Suppliers are not responsible for paying any amounts to the other Electronic Communications Network Provider or Electronic Communications Service Provider. 17.3. You agree and understand that you remain liable to pay all amounts due in the event that you want to Port your Cellphone number from Cell C SP or Cell C to another Electronic Communications Network Provider or Electronic Communications Service Provider. In the event that you Port your Cellphone number the provisions of the Number Portability Regulations will apply.

MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY. 1. Subject to clause 1.5, provided that your Service Number is capable of being transferred, you may transfer it from your current Supplier to us if that Service Number is declared portable under the Numbering Plan and no exemption has been granted by the ACMA. 2. If in providing the Mobile Services to you, we need to change your arrangements with your current Supplier, then we will do so in accordance with clause 1.5 and this clause 4.8. By signing the Mobile Number Portability Customer Authorisation (“MNP Authorisation”) which forms part of your Application, you acknowledge and agree: a) to your current Supplier transferring to us your Service Number; b) that we are only transferring your Service Number not your mobile service. This means you may lose value added services and/or Value Added Features provided by your current Supplier. When you are connected to the Mobile Services you will use the Mobile Services and Value Added Features specified in your Application, which may be different to the features that you had with your current Supplier; c) that by transferring your Service Number, the Mobile Service and/or any Value Added Features associated with that Service Number may be disconnected by your current Supplier and result in finalisation of your account for those services; d) that there may be costs and obligations associated with transferring your Service Number away from your current Supplier. You may have an ongoing contract with your current Supplier which requires the payment of cancellation and/or termination fees to your current Supplier if you transfer your Service Number to us; e) that your current Supplier may or may not disconnect your existing service and/or value added services; f) if you are porting between 4G/5G or any other mobile platform, you may need to purchase new handset and/or Mobile Equipment; g) if you intend to use your existing handset and/or Mobile Equipment, you may need to get it unlocked or reprogrammed prior to porting. You may also need to get new Mobile Equipment; h) that you may need to purchase approved Mobile Equipment to access the Mobile Service; i) that you have not cancelled your existing mobile service with your current Supplier; j) that you can only withdraw your MNP Authorisation prior to the port cutover notification being received by us from your current Supplier.
