Nature and Scope of Services. As a Volunteer, I will be contributing my time and effort to performing a wide range of Services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services will be performed by me as assigned by an officer, director or employee of The Oasis. In the course of performing the Services, I agree: • To perform to the best of my ability the tasks assigned to me. I acknowledge that my role is as a member of a team and I will defer to staff members and leadership for direction. • To complete all required orientation, training, and paperwork relating to my volunteer position(s). • To be dependable, reliable and professional in carrying out my duties while representing The Oasis. • To seek and accept constructive feedback on my performance. I understand that, in the event of poor or unsatisfactory performance or poor attendance, The Oasis has the right to dismiss me, and that either I or The Oasis can terminate this relationship at will (at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all). • To disclose any physical or psychological limitations to appropriate staff before participating in any activity. Since I may be interacting with animals, both healthy and sick, big and small, and may be lifting, carrying, moving, or otherwise engaging in physical labor, I will be respectful of my own limitations and inform staff immediately of any such limitations. • To read and to obey all safety rules and regulations. In the interest of the safety of the animals, staff, and volunteers, I acknowledge that The Oasis has the right to revoke volunteer privileges if these rules and regulations are not followed. • To treat all Oasis staff, volunteers, the animals, property, tools, and equipment with respect and kindness. I will also return all Oasis property when my volunteer relationship ends.

The Services will be performed by me as assigned by an officer, director, employee or another volunteer of UVAR. In the course of performing the Services, I agree: • To read the Volunteer Handout and otherwise complete all required orientation, training, and paperwork relating to my volunteer position(s). To disclose any physical or psychological limitations to appropriate staff before participating in any activity. Since I may be interacting with animals, both healthy and sick, big and small, and may be lifting, carrying, moving, or otherwise engaging in physical labor, I will be respectful of my own limitations and will inform staff immediately of any such limitations. • To read and to obey all safety rules and regulations. In the interest of the safety of the animals, staff, and volunteers, I acknowledge that UVAR has the right to revoke volunteer privileges if these rules and regulations are not followed. • To treat all UVAR staff, volunteers, THE ANIMALS, property, tools, and equipment with respect and kindness. I will also return all UVAR property when my volunteer relationship ends. • That either I or UVAR can terminate this relationship at will.

As a Volunteer, I will be contributing my time and effort to various sanctuary and outreach programs of Best Friends and performing a wide range of Services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services will be performed by me as assigned by an officer, director, employee or another volunteer of Best Friends. In the course of performing the Services, I agree: not followed.
Nature and Scope of Services. The particular nature and outcomes of the services herein contracted for are outlined in the Community Partner’s proposal to United Way. For this funding period, the Community Partner’s most current programs and outcome measurements are contained in the Community Partner’s proposal to United Way. The services contracted for, pursuant to this Agreement, shall be performed in a manner acceptable to United Way, and in strict compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and regulations which are in existence at the commencement of this Agreement and which may be adopted or amended during the term of this Agreement. The Community Partner must notify United Way within 24 hours of 501(c)(3) status revocation, which will lead to a suspension and reevaluation of future activities, and may lead to Termination for Cause pursuant to Section 1 of this Agreement. During this funding period, the outcomes outlined in the proposal may be modified and altered by the Community Partner; however United Way must be notified, in writing, of all such modifications and alterations. If there are proposed adjustments to program activities and procedures, there shall be joint consideration of how such change might affect the current and future budgets of the Community Partner and the total needs and services of the community.

Since I may be interacting with dogs and may be lifting, carrying, moving or otherwise engaging in physical labor, I will be respectful of my own limitations and will inform ARM immediately of such limitations. To read and obey all safety rules and regulations. In the interest of the safety of the dogs, the public, and other volunteers I acknowledge that ARM has the right to revoke volunteer privileges of these rules and regulations are not followed. TO TREAT ALL ARM OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, VOLUNTEERS, DOGS/ CATS AND MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WITH WHOM I INTERACT WITH KINDNESS AND RESPECT. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTEERING FOR THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE DOGS/ CATS AND NOT FOR ANY PERSONAL GAIN OR TO FURTHER

Since I may be lifting, carrying, moving, or otherwise engaging in physical labor, I will be respectful of my own limitations and will inform staff immediately of any such limitations. • To read and to obey all safety rules and regulations. In the interest of the safety of the staff and volunteers, I acknowledge that the Living Well Foundation has the right to revoke volunteer privileges if these rules and regulations are not followed.
Nature and Scope of Services. As a Volunteer, I will be contributing my time and effort to various programs with Detroit Bully Corps. I agree to read the volunteer handbook and complete orientations and training as required by Detroit Bully Corps. I agree to read and obey all safety rules and regulations set forth by Detroit Bully Corps and I acknowledge Detroit Bully Corps has the right to revoke volunteer privileges if these rules and regulations are not followed. I agree this is an “at will” agreement and can be terminated by either I or Detroit Bully Corps at any time.

Nature and Scope of Services. 5.1 The Bank shall perform all duties and responsibilities necessary to provide the City with a high level of quality of services and under the requirements of this Agreement.
5.2 The “Basic Services” shall include those services that are consistent with and correspond to the representations the Bank made to the City in its Proposals, incorporated into this Agreement as Attachment B. Additional services may be provided by the Bank to the City upon the terms set forth in a written request and by mutual agreement.

In the course of performing the services, I agree: To read and complete all required orientation, training, and paperwork related to my volunteer position. To disclose any physical or psychological limitations to appropriate staff before participating in any activity. Since I may be interacting with animals, both healthy and sick, big and small, and may be lifting, carrying, moving or otherwise engaging in physical labor, I will be respectful of my own limitations and will inform staff immediately of any such limitations. To read and obey all safety rules and regulations in the interest of the safety of the animals, staff, and volunteers. I acknowledge that Angels Among Us Pet Rescue has the right to revoke volunteer privileges if these rules and regulations are not followed. To treat all Angels Among Us Pet Rescue staff, volunteers, animals, property, tools, and equipment with respect and kindness, as required by Angels Among Us Pet Rescue’s Code of Conduct, and by signing this volunteer agreement I certify that I have read and understood the Code of Conduct and understand that they are stated organizational policies incorporated by reference to this agreement. I will also return all Angels Among Us Pet Rescue property when my volunteer relationship ends. Either Angels Among Us Pet Rescue or I can terminate this relationship at will.
