Night Pay. When an employee elects to work approved credit hours or elects a time of arrival or departure at a time of day when night pay is otherwise authorized, night pay will not be paid. If an employee’s daily tour of duty includes 8 or more hours available for work during daytime hours (i.e., between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.), the employee is not entitled to night pay even though the employee elects to work hours for which night pay is normally authorized (i.e., between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.).
Night Pay. A. If an employee’s tour of duty includes 8 or more hours available for work between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., he/she is not entitled to night pay even if the employee voluntarily elects to work during hours for which night pay is normally required.
Night Pay. Custodial employees in Class 1 or Class 2 assignments who are regularly employed between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 12:00 midnight shall receive $50.00 per month ($25/paycheck) above the salary schedule rates for the months so employed. Custodial employees in Class 1 or Class 2 assignments who are not regularly employed between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 12:00 midnight shall receive at Night Differential of thirty cents ($.30) per hour for shifts starting on or after 2:30 PM. Custodial employees in Class 1 or Class 2 assignments who are regularly employed between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 A.M. shall receive $70.00 per month ($35/paycheck) above the salary schedule rates for the months so employed.
Night Pay. A. Custodial employees in Class 1 or Class 2 assignments who are regularly employed between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 12:00 midnight shall receive thirty-five ($.35) per hour above the salary schedule rates for the months so employed.

  • Shift Pay Each full-time employee scheduled to work on any shift commencing after 9:00 a.m. shall be paid a shift premium of seventy- five cents ($0.75) per hour for all hours worked by him/her on that shift and overtime hours worked in continuity with such shift. Shift premiums payable under this provision shall not be included as part of the employee’s regular pay for purposes of computing overtime pay.

  • Holiday Pay A. On each of the holidays designated above, each full-time employee scheduled to work but permitted to take the day off shall receive pay computed at the employee's basic hourly rate for the number of hours the employee was regularly scheduled to work.

  • Weekend Premium Pay Any nurse who works on a weekend shall receive four dollars ($4.00) per hour premium pay for each hour worked on the weekend in addition to the nurse’s regular rate of pay. Weekend premium pay shall not be included in the nurse’s regular rate of pay for overtime pay calculations, unless required by the Fair Labor Standards Act. The weekend shall be defined as all hours between 11:00 p.m. Friday and 11:00 p. m. Sunday.

  • BEREAVEMENT PAY 22.01 The Employer agrees that in the event of a death in the immediate family, the Employer shall grant bereavement leave of three (3) consecutive calendar days with pay. This leave includes both working and non-working days.

  • Shift Differential Pay A. An employee shall receive additional compensation at the rate of seventy five cents (75¢) per hour for all hours worked on a shift when the majority of hours worked on the shift are between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. and in locations where these classes are regularly assigned shift work.
