Planned Works. (a) Buyer or Sellers may shut down its facilities for an annual maintenance period ("Planned Works") in accordance with the terms of this Article for not more than 15 days in the aggregate per Contract Year.
Planned Works. Planned work allowed for either Party shall be as specified in Clause 10. {Planned Work for Shipper shall be upto 10 Days}
Planned Works. 8.1 The Maximum Delivery Rate shall be reduced during the Maintenance Period. Subject to clause 8.5, the Maintenance Period shall have a maximum duration of forty-five (45) calendar days.
8.2 The Service Provider shall use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the duration of the Maintenance Period.
8.3 In addition, the Service shall be completely or partially unavailable to NGG on Gasdays when National Grid Gas is carrying out maintenance to the NTS such that (as a result of such maintenance) Natural Gas cannot be delivered from the Terminal at the Gas Delivery Point.
8.4 The Service Provider shall use all reasonable endeavours to schedule the Maintenance Period at the same time as any maintenance of the NTS planned by National Grid Gas which would result in Natural Gas being unable to be delivered from the Terminal at the Gas Delivery Point.
8.5 The Service Provider may amend the Maintenance Period by giving NGG reasonable prior written notice which shall in any event be given not later than the date being one month prior to the start date of the proposed Maintenance Period, provided that the Storage Operator shall not (without the prior written agreement of NGG) be entitled to amend the Maintenance Period such that its duration is greater than forty-five (45) calendar days.
8.6 The Service Fee shall not apply on Gasdays when the Maximum Delivery Rate is reduced pursuant to Clause 8.1 or the Service is otherwise completely or partially unavailable pursuant to Clause 8.3.
Planned Works. 10.1 The Participating Railway shall give HER (at the NOC) at least 30 calendar days advance written notice of Planned Works.
10.2 The notice under Clause 10.1 shall state the place, time, date and duration of the Planned Works and the nature effect and technical details of the potential impact on the HER Network.
10.3 The parties shall work together to reduce the potential impact of the Planned Works on the HER Network and the Participating Railway shall continue to provide information on the manner in the notice to HER.
10.4 For the avoidance of doubt the unavailability of Railway Fibre due to Planned Works shall be treated as Cut from the moment in exceeds the duration of 1 hour and Clause 9.2 shall apply.
Planned Works. 4.6.1 Thames shall give XYZ 5 Business Days’ notice of planned work or planned Necessary Works to the Thames Distribution Network or a Meter that may (in Thames’s opinion as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator) materially affect the Bulk Supply.
4.6.2 For the avoidance of doubt, any interruption to the Bulk Supply expected to be longer than 4 hours is deemed to materially affect the Bulk Supply within the meaning of Clause 4.6.1.
4.6.3 Subject to its compliance with the remainder of this Clause 4.6, Thames shall have no obligation or liability in respect of or arising in consequence of a reasonable need, acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator, to shut down or curtail, for whatever reasonable period, the provision of the Bulk Supply during any maintenance, repair, improvement, replacement or renewal of any plant or other equipment (including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, all pipes, tanks, meters, treatment works, fittings, conduits and apparatus, including a Meter or a Non Return Valve) on which the Bulk Supply is dependent provided always that Thames shall use reasonable endeavours to minimise the frequency and length of such periods so as to minimise inconvenience caused to XYZ.
4.6.4 Except in event of Emergency, Thames shall give XYZ at least 5 Business Days’ notice of any planned work or planned Necessary Works that do not fall within Clause 4.6.1 but that may impact on the Bulk Supply.
Planned Works. In the event that the Contractor and/or any third party acting on behalf of the Contractor wishes to carry out any essential maintenance or upgrades on the Service Systems (“Works”), which all parties shall endeavour to keep to a minimum, the Contractor shall be required to obtain the prior written consent of Client in accordance with the process set out below.

Planned Works. Planned Works allowed for the Shipper shall be as specified in Clause 10.
Planned Works. Technical officers will be available to discuss with schools their planned maintenance requirements and to advise and assist in identifying and prioritising works of a planned nature. Such advice and assistance will take account of: – Schools priorities. – Forward maintenance Plans. – Risk Assessments. – Specialist Survey Reports (e.g. asbestos, legionella, electrical and mechanical). A list of lead technical support officers, who will assist schools on the above, are contained in Appendix 2. Where a school has a requirement for planned work to be undertaken Sandwell Property Care will allocate a Technical Officer who will be responsible for liaising with the school and who will be responsible for, where applicable, the following actions and requirements: ▪ Determining and assisting the school in preparing a project brief detailing the schools requirements, programme and available budget. This information will be confirmed, in writing, to the school within an agreed time period. ▪ Arranging for a feasibility study to be undertaken to identify the options available and their costs and to verify and confirm that the requirements of the school can be delivered in full, within the required programme and available budget. ▪ To identify and advise a school on the need for any specialist surveys that may be required to be undertaken, which may include for example an asbestos survey. ▪ Determining the need for planning permission and making such submissions where required. ▪ Advise the school on health and safety requirements e.g. whether project, under Construction Design and Management Regulations, is notifiable or non- notifiable to the Health and Safety Executive and if notifiable the requirement to appoint a C.D.M. Planning Co-ordinator. ▪ Upon submission of proposals to a school, seeking confirmation that design of works may commence. ▪ Where approval is given by a school to proceed to the design stage, to prepare where applicable drawings, specifications, bills of quantity and schedules of work. ▪ To submit design proposals to the school and obtain written confirmation of agreement to submitted proposals. ▪ To obtain approval to obtain quotations/tenders. ▪ In consultation with the school the selection of competent and appropriate contractors who will be invited to submit quotations/tenders. ▪ Preparation of contract documentation, which will also incorporate health and safety documentation which as a minimum will include Designer Risk Assessments and asbes...
Planned Works. 6.1 Where the pool of funding allows, we will undertake a programme of planned works each year to maintain and improve the school buildings on a cyclical and prioritised basis but within the scope of the pooled funding available. Additionally, we will use the information we gain from the inspection programmes we do to plan the investment of any grants that come from Central Government, such as the Schools Condition Allocation (SCA) and to work with other partners such as the Diocese.
