Notice of Test Results. Within three (3) working days after receipt of the test result report from the testing laboratory, the Employer will inform an Employee or job applicant who has undergone drug or alcohol testing in writing of a negative test result on an initial screening test or of a negative or positive test result on a confirmatory test. The Employer will also inform an Employee or job applicant of the following rights pursuant to M.S. 181.953:
