Notice of Work. Unless requested by the Company not to do so, the Contractor will, on behalf of the Company and prior to commencing any Work under this Agreement for which a notice of commencement or notice of project is required to be given to the Ministry of Forests and Range under FRPA or WorkSafe BC, give such notice in accordance with FRPA or WCB Act.
Notice of Work. Before commencement of any construction, alteration, addition, replacement or restoration of any building, structure or other improvement, Tenant shall (A) give to Landlord written notice of the work to be performed, specifying the nature and location of the intended work and the expected date of commencement and completion thereof; and (B) provide Landlord with written plans and specifications therefor, and shall have obtained the written approval thereof from the Landlord as required above. Landlord reserves the right at any time and from time to time to post and maintain on the Leased Premises such notices as may be necessary to protect Landlord against liability for all such liens and claims.

Before any buildings, structures or other -------------- improvements or additions thereto, having a cost in excess of One Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($150,000.00) are constructed or reconstructed upon the Premises, Developer shall serve written notice upon the Landlord in the manner specified in this Lease of Developer's intention to perform such work for the purpose of enabling Landlord to post notices on non-responsibility under the provisions of Section 3094 of the Civil Code of the State of California, or any other similar notices which may be required by law.

(1) For AM shifts if less than 10 hours’ notice is given, unless otherwise agreed, a payment of 3 hours single time will be made.
(2) For PM shifts if less than 3 hours’ notice is given, unless otherwise agreed, a payment of 3 hours single time will be made.
(3) For Night shifts, if less than 6 hours’ notice is given, unless otherwise agreed, a payment of 3 hours single time will be made.
(4) A Casual Employee who has their shift cancelled with less than the requisite notice in subclause (d)(i), (ii) and (iii) and who has incurred child care fees as a result, shall on presentation of receipts to the Employer, be entitled to a full reimbursement of those child care costs provided that the claim for reimbursement must be made to the Employer within 2 pay fortnights of incurring the loss.

A Casual nurse who has their shift cancelled with less than the requisite notice in subclause 17.1.4 and who has incurred child care fees as a result, shall on presentation of receipts to the employer, be entitled to a full reimbursement of those child care costs provided that the claim for reimbursement must be made to the employer within 2 pay fortnights of incurring the loss.
