Notification of Reemployment. An employee who is laid off and is subsequently eligible for reemployment as provided for herein, shall be notified in writing by the District.

D. If there are no other names remaining on the reemployment list, the right of an employee to refuse up to three (3) offers of reemployment at the original or greater hours will be canceled and an offer of reemployment will be extended to the employee.

The unit member must respond in writing within ten (10) 33 working days of issuance of the letter to be deemed to have declined the offer.
