Objective of the Internship. The objective of the Internship from the applicable regulations for school, vocational training, higher education, or examinations (Appendix 1) as a mandatory internship under Section 5 subsection 1 of the Internsphip Guidelines of the TdL. as a voluntary internship under Section 5 subsection 2 of the Internship Guidelines of the TdL. Objective of the Internship. The internship is a temporary period of work in a professional environment, where the student will acquire professional skills and put into practice the knowledge gained from his education in view of earning a diploma or a certificate, and facilitating his professional integration. The intern will be given one or more tasks, in conformance with the educational plan established by the educational institution and approved by the host organization. The educational institution and the host organization will establish the schedule based on the general training program being offered. The intern shall not be hosted to replace an employee or agent in case of absence or suspension of employment contract or redundancy, to carry out regular responsabilities corresponding to a permanent position, to deal with a temporary growth in the company’s business, to carry out seasonal work. If the internship takes place on a position previously occupied by an intern, the host organization certifies by signing the agreement that they have respected a waiting period equal to one third of the duration of the previous internship, unless the latter was interrupted prematurely on the initiative of the trainee. The internship is integrated into the student’s curriculum : its purpose and methods are defined in the organization of the training and it is the subject of a restitution by the trainee giving rise to an assessment by the University and to the allocation of European credits, if applicable. The training curriculum must include a teaching volume of presence training in the University of at least 200 hours including a minimum of 50 hours given in the presence of students per teaching year. In view of the current extraordinary circumstances due to COVID-19 pandemic, any training completed during the period of confinement set by the abovementioned decree of March 16, 2020 and the abovementioned bylaw of March 14, 2020, is performed in telework during this period. It is therefore understood between the parties that they will have verified beforehand that the missions entrusted to the trainee are suitable to remote work and that they have the appropriate equipment.   • Objective The objective of DST’s Security Policy and related information security program is to implement data security measures reasonably designed in material respects to be consistent with applicable prevailing industry practices and standards (“Objective”). In order to meet such Objective, DST uses commercially reasonable efforts to: a. Protect the privacy, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all confidential data and information disclosed by or on behalf of Fund to, or otherwise comes into the possession of DST, in connection with the provision of services under the Agreement and to the extent the same is deemed confidential information under the terms of the Agreement (collectively, “Fund Data”). For the avoidance of doubt, and without limiting the foregoing, “Fund Data” includes all Confidential Information of the Fund and its agents or service providers, including, without limitation all “Customer Information,” as contemplated in the Agreement; b. Protect against accidental, unauthorized, unauthenticated or unlawful access, copying, use, processing, disclosure, alteration, transfer, loss or destruction of the Fund Data; c. Comply with applicable governmental laws, rules and regulations that are relevant to the handling, processing and use of Fund Data by DST in accordance with the Agreement; and d. Implement customary administrative, physical, technical, procedural and organizational safeguards. e. Implement means and technology to encrypt Fund Data, mutually acceptable between the Fund and DST, while in transit to and from DST.
