Training Curriculum. The curriculum has been developed as a training tool for trainers who will pass on their knowledge to the participants/ stakeholders. It uses participatory techniques based on a variety of theoretical frameworks to ensure that trainers will serve as informed resources for their trainees. A trainer should be an agronomist him/herself and needs to have specific knowledge about the general principles about smart farming methods and practices as well as the relevant equipment & ICT tools. As mentioned above, the target audience of the entire program is differentiated and heterogeneous. In addition, their training is required to achieve different outcomes and goals. Therefore, different education and teaching plans have been created for the three groups.
Training Curriculum. The curriculum defines the training courses that will be developed and delivered, including the associated learning objectives, sourcing options, delivery methods and course owners. Use the table below to help plan and manage your training curriculum. The training consists of two parts - theoretical preparation in the form of a lecture and practical preparation where the participants actively work on the BIM model under the guidance of Experts. Training Curriculum. The training curriculum utilized for the Carrier shall provide the knowledge necessary to perform all ground handling duties, execute all applicable procedures and operate equipment associated with ground handling functions and responsibilities. The training must include the following elements: Familiarization training on applicable regulations; In-depth training on the Carrier requirements, including policies, procedures and operating practices; Training in human factors principles; Safety training on associated operational hazards; Security awareness training Initial and Recurrent Airside Safety Training as applicable to job function; The Carrier Procedures as defined in iGround Services Extranet. The training program must reflect new or revised information as provided by alerts, amendments to the manuals, or information bulletins relevant to the Carrier's flight operations. Testing or evaluation by written, oral or practical means, as applicable to demonstrate adequate knowledge, competency & proficiency to perform duties, execute procedures or operate equipment. Training Material Submission Training material used by the Handling Company’s to achieve the specified training requirements must be submitted for review to the Carrier’s Ground Services department upon request, and under the Ground Audit Program. Training Records Training records for all personnel who receive training required by the Carrier must be kept on station. A copy of all training records for the employees assigned to the Carrier operations may reviewed by Carriers’ Ground Services Department at the start of the operating season. Training records may also be requested by the Carrier’s Ground Services Department at any time for operational &/or safety reasons. Training Curriculum. The Company will establish written curricula for all courses of Pilot ground and flight training and home study courses. Pilot trainees shall be provided with a course syllabus describing their scheduled training, as well as a written summary of the grading or performance standards which they will be expected to attain. In certain cases, training may be required before its formal inclusion in the Training Manual. In these instances interim approval shall have been obtained from the FAA and the course syllabus established, in consultation with the Training Committee prior to its commencement. Occasionally the Company may provide and/or require training that is not required by, or is in excess of, its FAA approved program. Advance notice of and the performance standards for such training shall be made known prior to its commencement in consultation with the Training Committee.
Training Curriculum. The eTRIKS training courses can be divided into four major topics according to the target audience: • Platform administration: software installation, platform maintenance (transition training to plan for major upgrades), platform deployment (local or through CC-IN2P3 hosting facilities). • Data management: data standards, ETL procedures. • Data analysis: apply implemented standard workflows, report analysis results. • eTRIKS user education: data handling and protection; how to use the bug tracking system.
