OCCUPANCY AND USE OF PREMISES. Only those persons whose names appear on this lease may occupy the apartment. No other persons may occupy the apartment for more than three (3) days per month without prior written consent of the Lessor or its Agent. Such consent may be withheld for any reason or for no reason. The apartment is to be used for the purpose of private housing. Lessee further agree not to use, nor permit the apartment to be used for any illegal, immoral or improper purpose, nor to permit any disturbance, noise or annoyances whatsoever detrimental to the comfort and peace of any of the inhabitants of the premises. Lessee may not assign this lease or sublet any portion of leased apartment without Lessor prior written consent. Such consent may be withheld for any reason or for no reason.

OCCUPANCY AND USE OF PREMISES. The County shall use the Leased Premises solely for the purposes herein set forth and for the purpose of providing Fire and Rescue Services to the citizens of the County, including County citizens residing in the City. The County's use of the Leased Premises shall be subject to and in accordance with the existing and future applicable rules, regulations, and policies of the County, the City and any applicable Federal, State or Local Law or Regulation. Without limitation of the foregoing, the County shall not: (a) use the Leased Premises for any illegal purpose, or for any purpose inimical to the health, safety and welfare of the public; (b) commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste in or on the Leased Premises; (c) create, or permit to be created, any nuisance in or on the Leased Premises; (d) use the Leased Premises for any use other than a governmentally operated public safety and health facility; (e) change the scope and character of the current use of the Leased Premises; or (f) make any alternations, additions or improvements without the prior written consent of the City, which consent shall not be unreasonably delayed or conditioned. The County expressly covenants and agrees that it will not permit the Leased Premises to be used by a #I.5. October 29, 2012 non-governmental person or for any use that constitutes “private use” under Section 141 of the Internal Revenue Code without the prior written consent of the City.
OCCUPANCY AND USE OF PREMISES. The Premises shall be used only for residential purposes and shall be occupied only by the persons named in Resident’s Application to Lease. Any change in occupancy must be approved by Management in Writing. Residents, authorized occupants, and guests shall not permit said Premises to be used for any purpose that will injure or damage the reputation of the building or the apartment property of which they are a part. Residents, authorized occupants, and guests will not use or keep in said Premises anything which would in any way adversely affect the terms and condition of the owner's fire insurance coverage. Residents, authorized occupants, and guests shall not at any time whatsoever do any act or thing to cause a disturbance or interference with the rights of or the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the other residents. Residents, authorized occupants, and guests shall abide by and strictly conform to all rules issued and posted by Management from time to time. Such rules shall be posted by Management in a conspicuous place on said Property and may be changed from time to time if such change is necessary in the opinion of Management. The failure of Management to insist upon strict performance of any such rules shall not be construed as a waiver of any of Management’s legal or equitable rights or remedies, nor be deemed a waiver of any Subsequent breach or default by Resident. In the event of a conflict between the rules and the terms of this Lease, this Lease shall control.

OCCUPANCY AND USE OF PREMISES. The demised premises shall be occupied only by guests and invitees of Lessee. The demised premises shall be possessed, occupied and utilized solely for the purposes of a private dwelling and for no other purpose. Lessee shall abide by and comply with all rules and regulations now or hereafter promulgated by Lessor or the homeowners’ association to which the demised premises belong, if any, and shall abide by and comply with all applicable ordinances and laws of all governmental entities, whether federal, state, or local, relating to the demised premises. Lessee shall neither permit nor commit any immoral, unlawful or improper practice or act in or upon the demised premises. Lessee shall avoid doing anything that would hamper, disturb, or interfere with the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of others in the area of the demised premises.

Lessee shall use the premises only as a private residence for not more than three unrelated adults and shall not use the premises for any other purpose or purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Lessor. Lessee shall comply with all statutes, ordinances, and regulations governing the use and occupancy of the premises, and shall not commit or permit any nuisance or waste to be committed therein. OCCUPANCY AND USE OF PREMISES.  Approved Residential Use Only: Your assigned room are to be occupied exclusively by you and other assigned students, for residential use only. The suite, room, or any other part of the Residence Hall, may not be used for any commercial, business or other purpose. You may not assign, sublease or otherwise transfer, in whole or in part, your right of occupancy created by this License Agreement.  Roommate Requests and Room Changes: You may request one or more other student(s) of your suite be a specific person(s) identified by you, on the housing application. Should you wish to switch rooms mid-semester or to live with other current students, you may make such a request by filling out the “Room Change Request” form with an OCC Residence Life professional staff member. OCC Residence Life has no obligation to honor roommate or room change requests. Should you be granted a room change and a different room type, you must pay the rate difference between your originally assigned and newly assigned space.
