Off-Till Duties. The Union and the Employer have developed a Standardized Fixed Off-till Duty Posting form. The purpose of this form is to develop a more formal recording of applicants for fixed off-till duties, similar to the way in which full time and backfill job postings are recorded. It is to also record which fixed duty(s) have been posted, and when the fixed duty was posted. The intent of the parties is to eliminate any future discrepancies in the fixed off-till duty lists. As off-till duty rankings are vacated, Clerk Cashiers with a ranking below the vacating Clerk Cashier in that off-till duty must opt out of cross department work in order to claim the new available hours (ranking) in that off-till duty. There shall be no off-till duty postings after Ratification 2013. Future off-till duty work that comes available in a store shall be assigned as a variable off-till duty until the transition to cross department work has been completed in that store. Off-Till Duties. The following duties shall be considered Off-till duties: Cash Office Payroll Price Changes SOM/UF Card Maintenance Books/Magazines Within thirty (30) days of ratification the Employer shall post a list of employees currently ranked in the above Off-till duties. The parties shall confirm these lists within thirty (30) days of the list being posted. Any disputes shall be referred to the Troubleshooter. An in-store posting system shall be used to fill vacant hours within the above duties. These vacancies shall be posted for a minimum of seven (7) days and awarded to the most senior Front End Food Store Clerk. All successful applicants are subject to an appropriate Training and Trial period. The Employer shall assign Off-till duties by rank. An employee cannot receive more hours, as a result of their ranking, in their classification than their seniority allows. In the event an employee receives more hours as a result of Off-till duties, a posting must be posted to rectify the situation. Employees who transfer or post to another Store or Department are considered to have relinquished their Off-till duties. An Off-till duties list shall be maintained by the Store and shared with the Union upon request.

  • Typical Duties (1) Supervises designated staff by performing duties such as scheduling and coordinating work assignments, evaluating employee performance and determining related training and orientation requirements.

  • Job Duties It is understood by the parties that every incidental duty connected with operations enumerated in job descriptions is not always specifically described. Nevertheless, it is intended that all such duties shall be performed by employees.

  • Personal Duties The Employer and the Union agree that an employee will not be required to perform work not related to the business of the Employer. To this end, it is agreed that an employee will not be required to perform duties of a personal nature for supervisory personnel.

  • Additional Duties (a) In addition to the duties of the Administrator set forth above, the Administrator shall (i) perform all duties and obligations applicable to or required of the Issuer as set forth in Appendix A to the Sale and Servicing Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof, (ii) perform such calculations and shall prepare or shall cause the preparation by other appropriate persons of, and shall execute on behalf of the Issuer or the Owner Trustee, all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions that it shall be the duty of the Issuer or the Owner Trustee to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to the Related Agreements or Section 5.04(a), (b), (c) or (d) of the Trust Agreement, and at the request of the Owner Trustee shall take all appropriate action that it is the duty of the Issuer or the Owner Trustee to take pursuant to the Related Agreement and perform such duties and obligations as required under the Asset Representations Review Agreement. Subject to Section 5 of this Agreement, and in accordance with the directions of the Owner Trustee, the Administrator shall administer, perform or supervise the performance of such other activities in connection with the Collateral (including the Related Agreements) as are not covered by any of the foregoing provisions and as are expressly requested by the Owner Trustee and are reasonably within the capability of the Administrator. Such responsibilities shall include providing to the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee the monthly servicing report in an appropriate electronic form.
