Operating and Maintenance Records. Seller shall maintain an accurate and up-to-date operating log, in electronic format, at the Project that will include, without limitation, dispatch and scheduled Discharging Energy delivered, Charging Energy received, and Station Service consumption; changes in operating status; outages, deratings and curtailments; any unusual conditions found during inspections; environmental records including environmental permits, plans, and/or studies; meteorological data; maintenance; any other operating or maintenance records as may be required by state or federal regulatory authorities and WECC and any other information required under Prudent Utility Practices or any Project agreement (in the prescribed format); and Seller Forced Outages (“O&M Records”).

Operating and Maintenance Records. Seller shall maintain an accurate and up-to-date operating log, in electronic format, with records of solar irradiation and energy production for each clock hour, changes in operating status, meteorological data, maintenance, any other operating or maintenance records as may be required by state or federal regulatory authorities and pursuant to any Non- Governmental Compliance Obligations, Forced Outages, agreements associated with the Facility, operating logs, blueprints for construction, operating manuals, all warranties on equipment, and all documents, including supply contracts, whether in printed or electronic format, that Seller uses or maintains for the operation of the Facility (collectively, the “O&M Records”).

Operating and Maintenance Records. Logs shall be kept by the Seller for information on unit availability, including reasons for planned and Forced Outages, circuit breaker trip operations, relay operations, and notations of abnormal operating conditions and events. The Seller shall also maintain operational records including target indications, relay reports, and other recorded operational data such as MW, MVAr, and voltages. Information shall be kept for unit availability including reasons for planned outages and Forced Outages, circuit breaker trip operations, relay operations, including target initiation and other unusual events. FULL SUPPLY SPECIFICATIONS Plant performance may be affected by the composition of the fuel and INTERNATIONAL POWER acknowledges that emissions may vary from international standards and the power output per module may be adversley affected if the BTU/ton is lowered. NAANOVO will use best efforts to optimize both emissions and power output. The fuel may have up to a 4 to 1 ratio of toxic, PCBs and hazardous waste to MSW. The specifications for the Fuel Supply will be as follows: -Normal municipal solid waste from residential and commercial waste stream; - Hazardous substances, i.e., batteries, paints and thinners; - Hospital (red bag) waste; - Industrial waste; - No concrete demolition waste; - No heavy appliances and other large objects, e.g., refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, bathtubs and toilets; - Continuous moisture content of not more than 60%; - Occasional moisture content of not more than 60%; - No more volume to be delivered in any one day than there is capacity left in the dumping...

  • Operation and Maintenance 17.1 O&M obligations of the Concessionaire 17.1.1 During the Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall operate and maintain the Bus Terminal in accordance with this Agreement either by itself, or through the O&M Contractor and if required, modify, repair or otherwise make improvements to the Bus Terminal to comply with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, and conform to Specifications and Standards and Good Industry Practice. The obligations of the Concessionaire hereunder shall include: (a) permitting safe, smooth and uninterrupted flow of traffic on the Bus Terminal during normal operating conditions. Buses of other state road transport corporations shall be parked inside the Bus Terminal for which no charges shall be payable to the Concessionaire and if any charges are applicable for such parking then it shall be realized by Authority only; (b) minimising incidents affecting the safety and use of the Bus Terminal by providing a rapid and effective response and maintaining liaison with emergency services of the State; (c) carrying out periodic preventive maintenance of the Bus Terminal; (d) undertaking routine maintenance including prompt repairs of ticket counters, Workshops, Authority's Office and other infrastructure as mentioned in the Operation and Maintenance Schedule; (e) undertaking major maintenance such as per the Maintenance Schedule of the major infrastructure in the Bus Terminal; (f) preventing, with the assistance of the concerned law enforcement agencies, any encroachments on the Bus Terminal; (g) protection of the environment and provision of equipment and materials therefor; (h) operation and maintenance of all communication, control and administrative systems necessary for the efficient operation of the Bus Terminal; (i) maintaining a public relations unit to interface with and attend to suggestions from the Users, passengers, government agencies, media and other agencies; (j) complying with Safety Requirements in accordance with Article 18; (k) operation and maintenance of all Project Assets diligently and efficiently and in accordance with Good Industry Practice; (l) maintaining punctuality and reliability in operating the Bus Terminal; and (m) maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the Bus Terminal. 17.1.2 The Concessionaire shall remove promptly from the Bus Terminal all surplus construction machinery and materials, waste materials (including hazardous materials and waste water), rubbish and other debris (including, without limitation, accident debris) and keep the Bus Terminal in a clean, tidy and orderly condition,

  • Construction and Maintenance There are on-going maintenance, renovation and construction projects taking place in and around the residences. The work typically takes place during regular business hours, but may begin earlier or extend into evenings or weekends. On-going construction or renovation projects will continue through midterm and final exam periods. The University will take measures to ensure that prudent construction practices are followed, but there may be noise, dust and temporary interruption of some services. Residents may be required to temporarily or permanently relocate to facilitate construction or renovation to their residence area. There will be no compensation or reduction to your residence fees due to disruption and/or relocation.

  • Ordering and Maintenance CBB shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for CBB to perform a pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, CBB shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

  • Access to and Maintenance of Auction Records The Auction Agent shall afford to the Company, its agents, independent public accountants and counsel, access at reasonable times during normal business hours to review and make extracts or copies (at the Company's sole cost and expense) of all books, records, documents and other information concerning the conduct and results of Auctions, provided that any such agent, accountant or counsel shall furnish the Auction Agent with a letter from the Company requesting that the Auction Agent afford such person access. Any such agent, accountant or counsel, before having access to such information, shall agree to keep such information confidential and not to disclose such information or permit disclosure of such information without the prior written consent of the applicable Broker-Dealer, provided that such agent, accountant or counsel may reserve the right to disclose any such information if it is advised by its counsel that its failure to do so would (i) be unlawful or (ii) expose it to liability, unless the Broker-Dealer shall have offered indemnification satisfactory to such agent, accountant or counsel.

  • Property Maintenance Maintain all of its property that is necessary to or useful in the proper conduct of its business in good working condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
