Operations Assistant. Step 1 The step 1 rate of pay is the start rate and is calculated at 86% of the job rate. Progression to the step 2 rate of pay shall be based on satisfactory performance, completion of 2080 regular hours paid at step 1 and the possession of the necessary knowledge, abilities, skills and training required in the performance of the job.

Operations Assistant. Xx. Xxxx Xxxxxx currently holds a DSI level 1 water license and during the test year attended classes in an attempt to earn his class D wastewater operator’s license. Therefore, during the test year he received salary and mileage benefits to attend classes related to these licenses. As part of Staff’s audit, it was discovered that Xx. Xxxxxx had not obtained his Class D wastewater license and is no longer pursuing this license. Therefore, Staff has excluded the time and mileage related to the efforts to obtain this license in its annualization. However, because Xx. Xxxxxx does hold the DSI level 1 water license and is required to participate in continuing education classes in order to maintain this license, Staff included an annualized amount of time and mileage related to these classes in its on-going level of expense for Xx. Xxxxxx’x payroll. Xx. Xxxxxx’x current duties include acting as backup for the operations manager, completing readings for the lift station and well on the weekends, as well as assisting Xx. Xxxxxx with larger operational duties. Xx. Xxxxxx’x schedule averages approximately 10 hours per week. Xx. Xxxxxx is available for emergencies and other duties on nights and weekends. Currently, Xx. Xxxxxx receives $12.50/hour for his utility related duties. Staff included an annualized salary level at his current rate, which resulted in an amount of $3,406 for Xx. Xxxxxx. The Staff allocated 48% of this expense to sewer operations and 52% to the water system, based on Staff’s analysis of the payroll hourly records for this employee.
Operations Assistant. This level exists for the first 6-month probationary period. An employee who for the majority of the employee’s working time, is engaged in cleaning duties of any description or maintaining premises in a clean condition, internally and externally within the Market. Employees at this level will have a basic understanding of company values and begin to demonstrate the ability to apply these accordingly. • Responsible for high standard of work subject to supervision • Works within a team or individually and under routine supervision • Discretion exercised within level of skill set and training • Performs tasks utilising a broad range of materials to perform cleaning and/or grounds related duties • Safe operation of handheld machinery/ equipment, including but not limited to blower/ vacuum, pressure washing machine, whipper snipper, hedger, mowing equipment, etc • Perform general cleaning tasks • Performs maintenance and routine repair work (of a non-trade nature) in or about the site as requested by management • Routine maintenance of equipment/ vehicles as required (of a non-trade nature) • Some toilet cleaning • Collection and disposal of waste • Ensure all cardboard waste in common areas is placed in the appropriate bin • Safe operations of vehicles and/ or Forklifts • Perform daily pre and post checks on cleaning/maintenance equipment including company vehicles • Assist with the Company’s emergency management response as required • Provide support across other departments or functions in accordance with clause 2.11. • Applies a flexible approach to meet business needs • At times the employee may be requested to perform other duties by their supervisor which are within the limits of the employee’s skill, competence and training. • Current Open Automatic Driver's license (minimum) • High-Risk Work License (Forklift – LF) in line with requirements
Operations Assistant. Employees who successfully complete their probation period will be promoted to Level 1.
Operations Assistant. Employees with an established record of employment who are employed at Level 1.2 may be promoted to Level 1.3, based on their performance as determined by BML management. An employee at this level is engaged to perform all responsibilities and duties outlined in Levels 1.1 and 1.2 as well as other duties of any description in line with skills, experience and training provided to the employee. Employees at this level will demonstrate a thorough application of competencies including the ability to apply and adhere to BML’s values, policies and procedures with a strong focus on customer service.

  • Technical Assistance DFPS may provide informal support, guidance, clarification, and other forms of technical assistance via phone, email, and virtual meeting to resolve Grant or performance compliance issues. Grantee will document all such instances of technical assistance by DFPS in writing, including any implementation work.

  • Emergency Assistance Both Parties shall exercise due diligence to avoid or mitigate an Emergency to the extent practical in accordance with applicable requirements imposed by the Standards Authority or contained in the PJM Tariffs and NYISO Tariffs. In avoiding or mitigating an Emergency, both Parties shall strive to allow for commercial remedies, but if commercial remedies are not successful or practical, the Parties agree to be the suppliers of last resort to maintain reliability on the system. For each hour during which Emergency conditions exist in a Party’s Balancing Authority Area, that Party (while still ensuring operations within applicable Reliability Standards) shall determine what commercial remedies are available and make use of those that are practical and needed to avoid or mitigate the Emergency before any Emergency Energy is scheduled in that hour.
