Orthodontic Plan Clause Samples

The Orthodontic Plan clause outlines the terms and conditions under which orthodontic services are provided, typically as part of a broader dental or health benefits agreement. It specifies the scope of orthodontic coverage, such as which treatments are included, eligibility requirements, and any limitations or exclusions that may apply. For example, the clause may detail whether braces, retainers, or other corrective devices are covered and set age or treatment duration limits. Its core function is to clearly define the extent of orthodontic benefits, helping both providers and patients understand what services are available and under what circumstances, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over coverage.
