Out-Service Training. A. The State employer agrees to reimburse employees for expenses incurred as a result of satisfactorily completing out-service training/education courses required and approved by the Department. Such reimbursement shall be limited to:

Out-Service Training. Section 1. In accordance with the Commonwealth's Personnel Rules, Chapter 11 and Management Directive 535.1, Employee Training and Development, employees shall, subject to the approval of the Center Director, be granted educational leave with pay to attend professional conferences, participate in training courses and sessions which are related to their work and engage in other similar job related activities. This Section is not applicable to organization or preparation for collective bargaining or any business of the Association that deals with collective bargaining.
Out-Service Training. The Employer will pay authorized expenses forout-service training at a facility, approved by the Employer when the following conditions have been met:

  • In-Service Training The District may require an assigned Therapist, at his/her own expense, to attend training deemed by the District to be necessary for performing professional services.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Staff Training 3.3.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide regular and ongoing comprehensive training for CONTRACTOR staff to ensure that they understand the goals of Centennial Care 2.0, including the integration of physical, Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health, the provisions and limitations of the ABP and the requirements of this Agreement. As issues are identified by the CONTRACTOR and/or HSD, the CONTRACTOR shall provide timely and targeted training to staff.
