Outputs/Deliverables. E-health project shall accept each deliverable only after reviewing it and confirming that it is of adequate quality and/or quantity to implement the tasks to which it relates. E-health project may ask the Consultant to revise submitted deliverables before acceptance. Upon the delivery acceptance, the project shall transfer payment, according to the terms of the contract. The Consultant shall prepare and submit the following outputs/deliverables in the course of the assignment: Deliverable #1. - Inception report, inclusive of the workplan and questionnaire form, approved by the Project Director. Deliverable #2. - Feasibility study carried out, with finalizing of the field trips to rural and urban areas. Deliverables #3. - Final report, submitted and accepted to the MOH and PIU - Submission and acceptance of the feasibility study data analysis in electronic form - Organize discussion workshop of the study findings with stakeholders - Publication of a combined feasibility study report with the Local Consultant for Medical Equipment.

Outputs/Deliverables. Reporting Requirements The organization will be required to be able to handle all services, including integration of design, initial loading of data, and publication of XML, along with ongoing hosting. The expected deliverables include the following: An open data portal (mid-August 2011) that displays the initial 5,000 row data set in the UNDP design XML data feed that is IATI-compliant or can be easily made IATI-compliant (mid-August 2011) V. Minimum Qualification The firm must have successfully delivered open data platforms to United Nations or government organizations. The open data platform must be able to be implemented in less than two weeks. The platform must have openly licensed API specifications for data consumption, data publishing and data federation. The platform must include data visualizations The platform must be presented in the UNDP web template (xxx.xxxx.xxx) and allow a CNAME such as xxxx.xxxx.xxx The platform must include all hosting and related maintenance / support services.
