Overscale Employees. Rates of pay of overscale employees shall not be reduced by reason of this wage agreement.
Overscale Employees. The Producer and the musician may, by individual negotiations at the time of his/her employment, agree that the portion of a musician’s salary which is in excess of the minimum salary rate for such musician, may be applied to any of the minimum payments, premiums, allowances, doubling, penalties, overtime or any other minimum requirements of this Agreement.
Overscale Employees. All employees who are receiving a higher rate of pay than their classification in the wage table above shall be considered overscale. At the discretion of the Employer, new or rehired employees may be paid a starting rate of pay which recognizes their previous directly related experience; however, all newly hired employees shall be hired at a rate within the pay scales.
Overscale Employees. All employees (including those employees part of the Rainbow Residence transition) who are currently being paid at a higher rate of pay than the scale in B-1 calls for shall maintain their rate of pay and shall receive the same percentage increase to their wages as those general wages increases provided to employees who are on the scale, at the same time as the other employees.
Overscale Employees. All Employees who are receiving a higher rate of pay than their classification in the wage table above shall be considered overscale. Overscale Employees will be entitled to maintain their current rate of pay.
Overscale Employees. If any employee is overscaled s/he shall receive the same increase as all other employees and shall remain overscaled for the life of this Agreement.
Overscale Employees. Employees now receiving a higher rate than the rate of pay for their Classification as listed in Appendi- ces A and C of this Contract shall suffer no reduction in that pay on account of this Contract. Such employ- ees shall receive the rate of pay for their Classification as listed in Appendices A and C or their present rate, whichever is greater.
Overscale Employees. All employees who are receiving rates of pay in excess of the rates identified in “Appendix A” will receive all percentage increases per year, the same effective date as all other employees.
Overscale Employees. Rates of pay of overscale employees shall not be reduced by reason of the execution of this wage agreement; however, the amount of excess shall be applicable to allowances for airplane flights, but not against payment for the sixth day or seventh day worked in an employee's workweek and distant location "per diem" allowances. Producers agree that if requested by the employee, a "deal memo" will be prepared for all Art Directors who receive "overscale" and are not "staff employees." Copies of any prepared deal memos will be sent both to the Local Union and the employee involved.
Overscale Employees. All employees who are receiving rates of pay in excess of the rates identified in “Appendix A” will receive all percentage increases per year, the same effective date as all other employees. Afternoon Shift Sixty-five (.65) cents per hour Night Shift Seventy-five (.75) cents per hour Employees will receive Service Premium on worked hours calculated by the number of completed years of service after the first completed year. For the first 5 years with the Company, regular full-time employees will be paid with $0.10 for every year of service with the Company and on the 6th year anniversary onwards, employee will be paid with $0.05 for every year of service with the Company. The service premium increase is effective on the first pay following their service anniversary.
